The Best Villas is a community collaboration website for savvy vacation rental home owners who wish to work together to obtain greater advertising exposure of their rental homes and attract more rental income. Simply put, our aim is to help holiday home owners, from all over the world, obtain more bookings. By coming together as a community and working as a team to provide useful and up to date information in an easy to use way, we can attract renters, gain more exposure for your properties and obtain more bookings.

Our main goal is to bring owners together and provide valuable travel advice and information to attract rentals for the good of everyone. We fully understand that we can only accomplish this with your help and that of other owners in our community and we believe that your contributions are extremely valuable and we will reward this content with free time added to your listing, discounts and bonuses.
The more you contribute to our community, the cheaper your subscription becomes. Contribute regularly and you could even be advertising for free!
How much will it cost you?
There is no charge for guests booking a vacation home via our website.
For vacation rental home owners, registration and the initial listing of your property is FREE. We do not ask for any credit card or billing information at sign-up or during the free-trial period that we extend to you.
Each owner will receive a free of charge 3 month trial. Early adopters can benefit from an extended free-trial through the use of a coupon code. After this free trial, should you choose to continue to advertise with us, we will ask you for your payment details and enter into an agreement with you to charge a small fee each month to your credit or debit card. Discounts for any content contributions that you submit to us will automatically be applied each month and no charge will be made if you have actively participated in our community.
We recognise that some home owners do not have the time or simply don’t wish to take the time to contribute to our community. For owners that fall into this category we will charge a very competitive monthly fee.
How can you participate in our community?
Here are a few examples of the many ways in which you can choose to actively participate and help us:
• Provide us with accurate community information about each travel destination.
• Tell us about upcoming events that are local to your rental homes.
• Write a blog article.
• Maintain a blog for guests or other owners.
• Comment on articles posted by others.
• Get your friends and guests to contribute to our Facebook and Twitter accounts, they can “like” and “tweet” articles or places of interest.
• Provide updates about changes to the area in which your properties are located.
• Refer any friends that also own vacation rental properties.
In addition to these there are many more ways in which you can contribute to our community.
