Kostov house is completely renovated inside, keeping all the requirements for genuine identity and architecture.The second floor of the house is for rent only and it consists of an entrance hall, a living room and a kitchen, two sleeping rooms and a bathroom. The rooms are furnished in classic style with solid wood furniture.
Living room and kitchen are separated by a sliding door for greater convenience. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas in warm colors and it is equipped with cupboards, TV and air condition. Through the sliding door you enter the kitchen. The kitchen of the Kostov house is well equipped with modern equipment and a wide range of kitchen utensils, cookware and dining sets for serving food and drinks. This is where every housewife would feel as at her home. At the guests' disposal are a large refrigerator, stove with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen window is located a dining table with seating places for five people.
Kostov house has two separate bedrooms, each with its own terrace overlooking the adjacent old houses and yards, and to the small and quiet cobbled streets of Old Town. The first bedroom is furnished with a solid double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table and a large wardrobe. Comfortable wicker chair complements the interior. The bedroom features an ironing board and an iron.
The second bedroom has a large double bed, bedside table and a smaller wardrobe. There is a designed workspace with a massive desk, leather chair, a showcase for books and cabinet documents, cable TV and Internet. The bathroom is luxuriously equipped, divided into two zones. Closest to the bathroom door is a large sink with cabinets and a mirror, but inside are a shower and a toilet.
Heating in the Kostov house is decided by embedded convection ovens, which are efficient enough and with great power.

One of the major ADVANTAGES of the house is its excellent location - in the quiet streets of Old Town and just 100 meters from the beach of Nessebar.
Not far away from Kostov house are the port and the pier of Nessebar and all the interesting monuments of the ancient town.
Five minutes walking from the house are enough for everybody to be engulfed in a lively part of Nessebar, where there are a variety of restaurants and entertainments, as well as many souvenir shops, clothing and leather goods.
