we have 2 units in our home on the ocean-each sleeps 5 & costs $100 a night-


-there is a 5-7
night minimum-our home is fully equipped for your enjoyment-we are not in a
resort but in an interesting puerto rican neighborhood-there are no roosters next
door but you may hear an occasional dog barking at the moon-$100 a unit cleaning
fee will be waived if you clean yourself-please ask for our website to review the
FAQ & rental agreement-$125 per unit rate for christmas week-other than that,
our rate is the same all year-we are only asking what is costs to pay the
expenses-if you are fussy, you won't like us-being on the ocean is high
maintenance for the owner-there is a lot of corrosion from the salt air-
