Do you provide long term rental?

Yes we do Corporate and long term rentals at compeditive prices, one month, two months or year. Please inquire for more information.

Do I need to rent a car or is there public transportation?

I would rent a car as a trip to and from the airport by taxi is about $75 each way and public transportation is not available/reliable.

Are there any restaurants in the area?

Yes you have several restaurants within walking distance as close as one city block away. There is also food, drink and activities lounge on the beach.

Are there showers on the beach?

Yes the beach has outdoor showers and there are outdoor showers within the parking lot of our complex so you can wash off the sand before entering the rentals.

How close is the beach from your rentals?

Dorado beach is right across the street from our complex, contact us for Google map so you can see how close it is. Cerro Gordo beach is also 15mins from the rentals by car. This is another great beach just minutes away.

What activities/attactions are there in Puerto Rico?

Puerto Rico is only 135 x 35 miles and you can drive to anywhere in one day trips. Contact us for information on attractions and activities on our website and in attractions and activities book within the rental units, All the information you would need is on the website and also in the rental unit.

Do you provide Golf discounts in the area?

We are not affiliated with the golf courses in the area. We do have information on our website with links to golf information and discounts. Discount offers are as high as 30% for off season rates. Contact us for information and URL links.

Do you have information on horseback riding in Puerto Rico?

Yes we have extensive infromation in our directory on the website and in the rental unit. Horseback riding is available in Luquillo, Cidra, Humacao, Isabela and other area.

Is there a Casino in the area?

Yes there is a new casino that just opened in 2011 at: Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar - Beach & Golf Resort just 2.2, miles, 6mins by car from our rental unit.

Do you know the ferry schedules to the outer islands?

Ferries run between Old San Juan and Catano and Hato Rey, Fajardo and Culebra, Fajardo and Vieques, Vieques and Culebra. Check each area directories for schedules. Directories are on our website and in the rental unit.

Do you have information on Diving/Snorkling?

There are more than nine providers for Diving/Snorkling. Two main ones are: Caribbean School of Aquatics in Fajardo. Puerto Rico Technical Diving Center in Aguadilla. URL and Information on these and others in the directory on our website and in rental unit.

Do you provide high chair and crib for young children?

Yes we can provide a booster seat, high chair and Greco playpen for young children upon request for no addtiona charge. Please when booking so we can arrange to have these in the rental upon your arrival.

Can you provide information on art galleries and museums in Puerto Rico?

Yes we have information on artisan's galleries and museums in our sister site at: http://puertoricanpainter.com/gallery.htm

Do you provide maid service?

Yes maid service is available upon request for an addtional charge. Corporate long term rentals have bi-monthly maid service included in the monthly pricing. Contact us for full details.
