Petrias Villas are located in the picturesque village of Sarlata, less than a kilometre from the airport with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, Our Villas are only 10 minutes from Argostoli. Guests can enjoy their holidays in the luxurious facilities offered.
Each villa measures 100m2. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each one with a separate bathroom and a wooden roof. On the ground floor lies the warm and welcoming sitting room with a beautiful fireplace and an HD Satellite TV, the dining room and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and parents' bathroom is made of marble and has two wash-basins and a Jacuzzi.
You can relax on a sun bed on the lawn of the wonderful flower and tree garden surrounding the two villas, while the children can play in the spacious safe area offered. Each villa has a separate yard with an outdoor swimming pool and a barbeque.
The 4000m2 plot has parking facilities and is protected by a stone-wall which you can enter though an electric irongate using your remote-control. We cultivate various seasonal fruits and vegetables under the bright Greek sun.
The villas are only a breath away from the spectacular turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea and the golden sandy beaches of Ammes, Ai Helis and Avithos. A bit further, in the area of Livathos, guests have the chance to visit some of the most important sites of the island, like Saint George's Castle, traditional orthodox churches, and the stunning village of Kourkoumelata.
In the nearby villages there are many restaurants where guests can enjoy traditional Kefalonian cuisine and music. You will also find car rental companies nearby if you want to go excursions around the island.
