House Paradisos is located on corner, on the boundary between Paradisos and Neos Marmaras. The atmosphere is for sea and mountain at the same time. Against the house there is an olive, and behind it a coniferous forest. At the other side is the road to the beach, which itself is about 400 m away.
The house is broken-up to several levels; build in the typical Greek style. It is suitable for accommodating of friendly families or groups – up to 6 or maximum of 8 people. It offers three bedrooms located on the ground, second and third level, one room per storey. A spacious living-room and kitchen with dining room are located on the first level.
The room on the ground level is the so called “the lilac room”. It has a direct door to the yard and is furnished with queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, reading lamp, air conditioner, own bathroom – toilet, shower, laundry machine.

The room in red is on the second level and is furnished with queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioner and typical Greek spacious balcony with table and chairs for relaxation. On that level is situated the second bathroom – toilet and shower.

The room on the third level is with two separate single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, reading lamps, air conditioner and large balcony with view to the Aegean sea, with table and chairs for relaxation too. It uses the bathroom on the second level.
For recreation with friends on a cup of coffee, on the morning or night drink on the evening with the beautiful sunsets, on the first level there is a big open veranda with soft furniture of solid wood and orange-sunny color damask.
From the veranda you enter in a big, cozy and spacious living-room, fitted with leather sofa in warm colors, which transforms into bed with dimensions 180x200 cm, 40” LCD TV set and lovely fireplace – the atmosphere is like you are at home.
Through the living-room you enter the kitchen and the dining-room, one shared premises, fitted with up-to-date appliances – stove, microwave, big refrigerator, espresso machine, all the necessary dishes for cooking and serving. Big massive dining table finishes the furnishing.

Adjacent to the house there is beautifully planted yard, suitable for kids play or car park. There is barbeque in the yard for culinary creations.
