Staying at Masia Sitges, just south of Barcelona, is a unique experience.The Catalan manor house from 1867 is restored with luminous grandeur, great care and attention to detail. This beautiful mansion offers modern comforts whilst retaining the historic charm and character of the original building. Set high on a hillside near the Penedes wine region, the house is surrounded by the Garraf National Park and offers dramatic sea and mountain views. This tranquil and historic haven is located in manicured gardens within a 600 acre estate, yet is only a 30 minute drive from Barcelona and 5 minutes from the lively beach resort of Sitges. Ideal for families, corporate groups and for special occasions such as weddings, christenings and confirmations. Air-conditioning.
The complete groundfloor is on one level only and has no sills. Therefore the masia is wheelchair user friendly.
Huge barbecue and large patio with loungers, tables and chairs. Table tennis. Children playground with slides and rockers,swings and hammocks. Private pool (9 x 4m ). Additional tree house for 2 more people to stay.
Sitges, a short 5 minute drive away, is a lovely town 35 km south of Barcelona. With more than 300 sunny days a year and thanks to its special micro-climate, 'Summer' lasts longer here than anywhere else in the area. It is particularly famous for its long seafront and beautiful sandy beach, as well as for its harbour, restaurants, shops and picturesque streets. The promenade runs the length of the beaches and is popular for summer evening strolls and perfect for rollerblading or biking.

Measuring 42sqm A fully equipped professional kitchen with 2 stoves and 9 gas burners. Large dining table which seats 22. Dishwasher and big fridge and freezer. This fantastic kitchen is the heart of the masia.

Living Rooms:
Measuring 51sqm and 20sqm extending out to a further 70sqm main living rooms with 4 semi separated sitting areas, one of those directly in front of large fireplace. Lounge with 50' flat screen TV, Satellite and DVD. WI-FI Internet available.
Other: An additional huge tree house that can sleep 2 is perfect for kids. Spooky!!
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are changed weekly. A daily maid service is available for 95 Euros a day.

To check availability and make your booking
Please phone or send an email to Servais Boosten. The first 30% should be paid to secure your reservation, and the remainder 5 weeks before arrival. If you are booking less then 5 weeks in advance the whole sum has to be paid. We charge a refundable security deposit of 1500 euros (in case of damages) on arrival. A 300€ heating supplement per week required for winter months
