Beautiful villa with a guest house Fantastically located on the edge of a Natural Park 10 minutes away from Sitges with its long beaches, restaurants, cafes, tapa bars and nightclubs. Sleeps 16 to 19 in 7 bedrooms. The house is set on a very spacious plot which overlooks the picturesque valley of Sant Pere de Ribes. This tranquil haven offers complete privacy. The 2 room guest house, has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. Ideal for families. Sitges is a 10 minute drive away and Barcelona is 35. The Penedes wine making region is just around the corner.

Please phone or send an email to info@barcelonaperfectlocations.com. After confirmation of your booking, we will email you an invoice. The first 30% should be paid within 7 days, and the remaining 70% five weeks before arrival. If you are booking less then 5 weeks in advance the whole sum has to be paid. We charge an additional cleaning fee of 95 Euros per rental and a refundable deposit of 1000 Euros (in case of damages) is required on arrival.
