Villa Catalina is a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms on one level, sleeping up to 6 people, situated in Calpe in a quiet residential area, with nice views. We have made our villa a real home from home and made sure that all the amenities you would expect are there.

There is a satellite TV with UK Freeview in HD, CD video and DVD player in the villa and we have a selection of DVD's, videos and CD's for your use. Please feel free to bring any of your own with you. It has a fully fitted modern kitchen which is well equipped for self-catering with pots, pans, plenty of crockery and glasses, microwave, oven, ceramic touch hob, fridge freezer, blender, dishwasher etc. and a washing machine in the garage.

There are three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, one double (full en-suite) and two with twin beds, plus a family shower room. All have large wardrobe space.

There is an iron and ironing board in the villa as well as a hair dryer. There are also 2 free standing electric fans.

A sunny veranda benefits from all-day sunshine with sunbeds and a covered terrace with table and chairs. All bed linen is included, including towels.

The private gated gardens have been beautifully planted and are regularly maintained.

For those looking to cool down there is a private maintained pool, with an outside shower. There is a further terrace with a stone BBQ and table set.

The main town of Calpe with its beautiful Blue Flag beaches and friendly bars and restaurants is only a short distance away. There is a bus service running from nearby to Calpe.

"Your villa is beautiful you must be very proud of it. Have been renting villas at la Nucia and Polop area for a number of years, this was our first trip to Calpe area. The villa itself is everything as described and the best rental we have had, very clean and peaceful. The pool was excellent and plenty of loungers for everyone. The inside of the villa has everything you would have at home; so if you want to stay in and eat, everything is there for you. "I can thoroughly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday in an excellent location. Once you enter the gates and the Villa itself I'm sure you'll feel at home. From early morning to late evening the warm sun shines on the 3 levels of terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the sun or in the shade as you prefer. The pool itself is perfect for cooling off if the sun gets too warm and the Villa itself is delightfully decorated giving a cool, light and airy ambience if you feel like taking a break from the chore of getting a good tan! Its a healthy walk in to town and the excellent beaches either side of the Rock if you feel like leaving the car behind and working off a few calories. With 3 good sized bedrooms, ample storage space and two bathrooms its ideal for a family holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to return to this little piece of heaven. "

"It is very close to beach and shops (5 mins in car). Villa was fantastic, spotless, spacious and so well equipped with everything we needed. Views from villa are lovely and a fantastic pool. Security is of high standard also, with gates, walls, security blinds on windows and very secure front and rear doors. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area was great for our 2 year old running round, she loved the holiday and we had great peace of mind knowing the villa was so secure, clean and spacious.
