Spend your holiday in an apartment that is located on Los Locos beach in Torrevieja!
Take the elevator three floors and you're on the beach without crossing any roads.
The apartment is newly renovated, two bedrooms and a living room with open plan and a brand new kitchen. All furniture in the apartment is new.
Bedroom 1: One bunk bed and an extra pull-out bed.
Bedroom 2: Double
Living room: Sofa bed with room for two people. The living room also has dining furniture for 6 people.
In the fully equipped kitchen which is adjacent to the living room there is for example microwave, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, stove and oven, etc.
There is a bathroom with shower and an extra shower.
The property has parking space which is fenced and which belong only to the residents.
From the large terrace with views of beach and ocean. If the sun gets strong, you can fold down the awning that covers part or all of the terrace.
The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and bars.
If you want to exercise during their vacation, there are good opportunities to jog because promenade starts right below.
For golf enthusiasts, there are numerous courses within 15 minutes by car.
If you want to go to the center takes the promenade (about 15min).
Transportation from the airport of Alicante can book for a fee of 40 euros each way (4personer). Final cleaning is compulsory (60 euros). And water included. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Where can we buy fresh bread and juice?
On the high season(april-oct) there is a small store on the ground floor in the house and on the other period you find the closest approx 400m away.
Is a gym available?
There is a couple of gyms in Torrevieja, the closest is approx 1km away
Is there restaurants close to the apartment?
Yes, there is many restaurants and pubs nearby(50-300m) and even more if you take the beach walk to the centre(10-15min walk)
Is it possible to fish nearby?
Yes, its just outside the apartment. Closest is only 50m away and you can walk 200m to the rocky side for the best fishing.
