The house is situated in the quiet residential area of Verdemar III, part of the Villamartin area overlooking the 17th Green of this famous golf course. The house includes the use of two private community pools and is situated overlooking a unique wooded stream flowing through the estate which is full of fish and attracts a number of exotic birds.

The area is Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is just a few minutes by car to the lovely beaches of the Costa Blanca. The house is just 40 minutes from Alicante Airport, and it is also served by Murcia Airport which is even closer. Most of the UK airports have low cost airlines offering daily service to these local airports.

The house itself is very well equipped as a family home. As you step inside, the house opens up to a large living and dining area which leads out to a small balcony with seats to catch the evening sun throughout the summer. The balcony patio is ideal for breakfasts 'al fresco', whilst the garden patio and rooftop terrace have chairs and loungers for day long sun worship.

Alongside the dining area is a well equipped kitchen which has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Downstairs, the bedrooms consist of a double and a twin room, sleeping up to 4 people. The house also has a shower room and separate bathroom, both with private toilet facilities.
