The house is situated in the quiet residential area of Verdemar III, part of the Villamartin area overlooking the 17th Green of this famous golf course. The house includes the use of two private community pools and is situated overlooking a unique wooded stream flowing through the estate which is full of fish and attracts a number of exotic birds.

The area is Ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is just a few minutes by car to the lovely beaches of the Costa Blanca. The house is just 40 minutes from Alicante Airport, and it is also served by Murcia Airport which is even closer. As you step inside, the house opens up to a large living and dining area which leads out to a small balcony with seats to catch the evening sun throughout the summer.
