The duplex townhouse, on the Rocas del Mar complex, has 2 berooms on the upper level plus a large bathroom with a walk-in power shower behind a glass block wall. The bathroom has a sliding window and an ornamental wash basin set into a vanity unit/large mirror.
Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead onto a small curved balcony with a lovely sea view.
In each of the rooms there is a ceiling fan/light cluster and they both have a range of fitted wardrobes. A floor safe is fitted in the double bedroom.
A tiled curved stairway leads down to the lower (ground) floor on which there is a Lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen and a small cloakroom with WC & wash basin.
The Lounge is fitted with twin sofas, a glass fronted dresser, ceiling light/fan cluster and a fireplace. There is a flat screen TV linked to a private satellite system and
a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead onto a large sun terrace.
The dining area has similar glass sliding doors onto the same terrace.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a tall Fridge/Freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan/lights and a microwave. The white double sink looks out onto the terrace where an auto washing machine is fitted behind new white aluminium doors.
Sun loungers, patio furniture and a large parasol are included on the terrace, which also has a small gate leading out towards the upper pool area which consists of a large main pool plus a baby pool, the latter newly constructed to EU standards.
