The villa is located on the Costa Del Sol in an area known as Mijas Costa, between
Fuengirola and Marbella.
Set in well kept gardens, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite) a solarium and a full size private swimming pool.
The property is fully enclosed and has double lockable gates to a driveway 70 meters
long that ends in a covered car port adjacent to the villa.
There is an automatic sprinkler system for the gardens that surround the main building
which, in turn, is fully alarmed.
On the ground floor is a hallway that has steps down to a sunken lounge/dining area and also leads to the kitchen at one end and a double bedroom at the opposite end.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side tables/lamps, fitted wardrobes and new double glazed sliding doors to an external sun terrace.
There is also an en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and a separate walk-in shower.
Also off the hallway is a small cloakroom (now used as a private storage cupboard)
The newly fitted kitchen has a good selection of wall and base units, an electric oven and a 4 ring gas hob. The large window looks out over the gardens and pool.
There is a glass safety door leading out to the covered terrace, ideal for Al Fresco
dining in the balmy evenings.
At the opposite end to the glass door is a utility room with a tall Fridge/Freezer and an auto washing machine-both less than a year old.
The lounge has a log-burning fire set in a classic fireplace, twin leather sofas and a private Satellite system linked to a flat-screen TV.
There is an extending dining table with 6 matching chairs.
Apart from windows at either end, the lounge has 2 new double-glazed sliding glass doors that lead out to the covered terrace.
On the 1st floor, accessed via the marble staircase from the hallway, there is a large family bathroom with bath, wash basin in vanity unit and a separate walk-in tiled shower. There are also 2 new twin 'tilt & turn' windows.
A large double bedroom, opposite the bathroom, has a Queen size bed, twin bedside tables/lamps, fitted wardrobes and sliding double-glazed doors that lead onto a private balcony with views to the South East of the coast.
Next door is a bedroom with twin single beds, fitted wardrobe and sliding glass doors that lead onto a wrap-around terrace.
All 3 bedrooms have ceiling mounted light/ventilator fans.
From the upper landing is a door onto the terrace and a staircase up to the solarium.
