This 1st Floor apartment offers a fully air-conditioned / heated luxury holiday home situated on the renowned Mijas Golf complex, only a 20/25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, Marbella & the luxury marina at Puerto Banus and just a 10 - 15 minute drive from Fuengirola and La Cala both of which have numerous Shops, Bars, Restaurants and Blue Flag award winning Beaches. El Limonar de Mijas Golf is well situated alongside the Los Lagos / Los Olivos Courses.

Within a five minute walk there is a taxi pickup point which operates 24 hours a day. Also within walking distance is a small shop which sells the essentials.The Mijas Golf Clubhouse is a 5 minute walk away and has a bar & restaurant which welcome golfers and families alike. It is open daily from 8am serving food all day long and has a lovely covered patio area to relax in. There are several more restaurants within a ten minute walk offering a selection of cuisine with prices to suit a range of budgets. If you drive or take a taxi you will be spoilt for choice when deciding where to eat.

We recommend you hire a car during your stay at El Limonar to get the most from your stay.

About the Apartment

The large and airy living / dining room opens on to a fully furnished balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner as this balcony benefits from the late afternoon and evening sun as the heat cools down.

The living area is furnished with two large sofas in the lounge, one is a fully sprung double sofa bed. There is also a coffee table, a dining table & chairs for 6. You can enjoy your home comforts as we have included a flat screen TV, a DVD / CD player, iPod dock, Wii and satellite (please bring your own Sky card to receive all your channels other than Sky Movies and Sky Sports).

There is also a selection of DVD's, CD's and books for your enjoyment.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is an iron & ironing board too.

All bed linen and towels are provided including tea towels and pool towels.

The double bedroom has a double bed, a chest of draws, fitted wardrobes (with a safe) and patio doors which open on to the front furnished balcony which has wonderful views over-looking the mountains in the distance and an unworked olive grove. A regular sight is the local goat herder moving his goats past the front of the apartment.

This bedroom further benefits from a luxury marble en-suite bathroom with Roca fittings and under floor heating. It has a shower over the whirlpool bath, bidet, toilet and basin set in a vanity unit.

The twin bedroom which has two single beds, also opens on to the same balcony and it too has large fitted wardrobes. The large family bathroom is also marbled and comprises shower, bidet, toilet and basin set in a vanity unit.

Hair driers, alarm clocks and bedside lights are provided in both bedrooms.

There is secure under ground car park with allocated parking and a lift from the garage and ground floor to the first floor. There is plenty of free on-street parking too if you have more than one vehicle.

The beautiful grounds and large swimming pool are immaculate and looked after by the same staff who have been with us since the apartments were built. The pool is cleaned on a regular basis and a life guard is on duty during the summer months. The generous garden and pool area provides plenty of sunbathing space. We provide sunloungers and pool towels for your use (4 of each). To ensure the safe keeping of the sunloungers please return them to the apartment at the end of each day.

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival . Should you require additional maid services please request this at the time of booking. Please note there is charge for this. Welcome Packs can also be arranged ready for your arrival including Champagne & flowers for special events.

Check out time on the day of your departure is 10am. Should you wish to stay in your holiday apartment until your departure please book additional nights as required.

Check in is 3pm on the day of your arrival.

Please note the WiFi is via a USB stick which you can top-up locally upon your arrival. A refundable deposit is required for this (payable locally)

There are so many local activities to do and they include water sports, scuba driving, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, sea fishing, horse riding, cultural sight seeing trips and day trips to Morocco & Gibraltar.
