Detail of the apartment: Duplex is 200sqm and has got 15sqm terrace against to the Bosporus,1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 office room ( also against to the Bosporus) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen.

Flat was decorated in the modern style and furniture which are used in flat was newly bought this year.

Main furniture of the flat: 1 living room arm-chair group,1 Phillips lcd tv, 3 bedroom with their dressing board,1 washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and all kitchen materials are ready at home. flat is on the 3rd floor, no elivator.

Heating of the flat is individual boiler therefore you don't pay anything else while you have been in holiday.

Transportations t o the environment: 35 minutes to Topkapı Palace , 22 minutes to the Taksim, 8 minutes to the Beşiktaş and 15 minutes to the Kadıköy. Therefore it' s location is very centurial.

And also last most important thing is we are giving you 24 hours free technical support. You will just concentrate on your own job and you will fell your self in your own home with amazing view of Bosporus .

"Excellent Deal Mr Eniz and his family are the best people I deal with in Turkey; they added a lot to the wonderful place and nice time that we spent in Turkey. The Uskudar Duplex apartment is 2 stories apartment with strategic view of the bosphorus sea (very relaxed views) with no noise and good neighbours, clean and tidy arranged apartment. The initial introduction and guidance on our first meeting with Mr Eniz facilitate all our trips and made the best use of the time. Fast informative responses is an excellent character of Mr Eniz and I am strongly recommending deal with Mr Eniz as honest, trust and kind person. myself and family had a bad experience on our return trip with private Taxi company (the charge was over normal) as they could not come on time and finally they could not come at all and Mr Eniz and his father do thier best to arrange picking us up to the airport to catch our plane on time however our contract was done with them.
