Villa Taurus has been designed to maximise its lovely surroundings. It has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a twin room with family bathroom adjoining.
The living and dining areas are spacious and open plan with the kitchen which is build in cedar wood. A large balcony extends the length of the living/dining area and another little balcony serves the kitchen end. The balcony overlooks the attractively planted communal gardens, pool, and the villa's own private garden area. There is parking within the gated villa garden, and a private patio area. Sunloungers and parasols are provided for relaxing by the pool
A woodburning fire is for cooler evenings, and the villa has airconditioning. From the open plan area, a cedar wood staircase leads to a large mezzanine built into the vaulted roof, where there is a study area, bookcases, desk and computer, and two rollout beds that can be made into one. There is a wide range of DVDs, CDs, maps and guides and a few novels for guests' use.
Although on the edge of the village, the villa is approached over a forest road from the main road leading out of the village towards the mountains. Above the villa lies the 5C BC ruins of Cadianda, which may be visited either on foot or by car. The private location of the villa means there is no passing traffic, so the views can be enjoyed in total peace.

Is it a good idea to hire a car or can transfers be arranged to/from the airport?
We do advise guests to hire a car, as airport transfers to/from cost about the same as 3 days' car hire. We can help arrange this.
When we arrive are there shops open?
There is a shop open until midnight in the village. There is a small stock of tea, coffee, sugar always in the villa.
