Designed to take full benefit from its large plot size of 600+ sq meters Villa Panaroma enjoys a south facing aspect overlooking the town and bay and yet offering total privacy in the pool and on the terracing. All rooms have windows that enjoy the bay view and catch the sun throughout the day.
Approached via a cul-de-sac the driveway to the property leads to the parking area where up to three cars can be parked and where an easy flight of six steps lead to the ground floor and terrace level.
Directly from the terrace the Twin bedded bedroom 3 can be accessed thus ensuring ground floor sleeping for those that wish, the bedroom comes complete with fitted wardrobes. Adjacent Bed. 3 are toilet and shower facilities. From the terrace the lounge can be accessed through the large sliding patio doors/windows on the south and western elevations thus opening up the lounge and inviting the outside in. The lounge is furnished with a 3 piece suite the sofa of which converts to a double bed thus enabling comfort for up to a maximum of 8 guests. Also in the lounge will be found the LCD TV, Digiturk Box, DVD Player and Music System with IPod docking. From the lounge and through an arched open doorway is the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Kitchen enjoys a host of granite worktops and is equipped with Refrigerator, Freezer, Hot and Cold Water Dispenser, Dish Washer, Oven and Hob, Microwave, Coffee maker and Toaster together with Kettle and all the usual tools to prepare those goumet meals and snacks alike. The hallway, with seating and where the telephone and internet connection will be found, can be accessed from the lounge and kitchen and from where the marble staircase leads to the first floor and crossing the large galleried landing is the Master bedroom with large bed and internal seating area in addition to the balcony. The well eqipped dressing area leads to the ensuite facilities with 'his and her' washhand basins. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a wealth of fitted wardrobes together with ensuite facilities together with its own balcony. Continuing upwards the staircase leads to the roof foyer where a sink and washing machine will be found. The roof offers yet another place to catch the final rays of the setting sun with 360deg panoramic views. A small area of the roof is 'off limits' and houses the solar panels that supply the villa with hot water. Each of the bedrooms and the Lounge and Dining Area has its own air conditioning unit and both the Lounge and Master Bedroom has an additional ceiling fan to keep the air fresh. A small security safe is available within the property.
The outside boasts large wrap round terraced areas both in full sun and shaded spots for those who prefer. The two pools being south facing enjoy full day sun. The main pool measures 8m x 4m and is designed for swimmers, non-swimmers and children alike being entered down a flight of six 'Roman Style' steps at the shallow end where the depth is 900mm. The floor grades equally to the deep end where the bottom is 1450mm, floating on the surface one can look down on the bay. The Jacuzzi pool offers ambient temperature relaxation for 4 people enjoying the pulsating water. On the terrace there is seating provided with a Cane 3 piece suite with matching Dining Table and Chairs. In addition plastic furniture is provided adjacent the wet area of the pool together with sunbeds and mattresses. Two large umbrellas complete the scene. Alongside the parking area will be found the stone built Bar-B-Cue with pic-nic style table and seating. On the roof additional sun loungers and white table and chairs are provided.
The gardens are well matured and besides the colourful displays of geraniums and bouganvillias can be found fruit tress such as Lemon, Orange, Peach, Olive, Apple all of which flower and give fruit according to season. On the lower level and hidden away a family of tortoise have taken abode and can normally be seen early in the morning taking breakfast under the early sunshine.
Hidden away underground there is a large water depot that can supply the villa with its needs for several weeks should the town water supply fail.
The villa is situate just outside the commercial district of Kalkan. The nearest shop is just 5 minutes walk and the largest supermarket in Kalkan is 10 minutes walk. The weekly Thursday market just 8 minutes walk from the villa. The old town can be reached in 15 minutes and the harbour and beach 5 minutes longer. A taxi to the villa from the Old Town cost 9YTL in 2011
The property has been managed for the owners for the last three years by a local husband and wife team that were previously employed in the hotel industry so the owners can confidently say the villa is proffesionally prepared for each and every guest.
