The much sought after community of Calabay Parc has an excellent location on the US27 just a five minute drive to interstate 4 at Champions Gate, offering easy access to all of the attractions Central Florida has to Offer. Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes by car! Our home is well maintained and offers lots of extras. We provide everything required to make your vacation rental a real home from home. THE LOUNGE is tastefully decorated and has ample seating for our maximum capacity of 8 guests. Cable TV, a selection of dvd's, games console & selection of games are also on offer.

DINING KITCHEN is openplan to the lounge. The dining table seats six. The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils, pots and pans, American style Fridge/Freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, oven and hob.

MASTER BEDOOM overlooks the pool area and has a king size bed. Two night stands, and a further large dresser provide ample drawers. There is also a large walk in clauset containing hanging rails and additional storage space for luggage etc. Cable TV.

MASTER BATHROOM is a large family bathroom with his & hers sinks, bath and separate shower cubicle.

BEDROOM 2 has a queen size bed, two night stands and dresser offering ample drawer storage. There is also a walk in clauset with hanging rails. Cable TV.

BEDROOM 3 has two single beds, a night stand and further chest of drawers. There is also a walk in clauset with hanging rails. Flat screen Cable TV.

FAMILY BATHROOM has a bath with overhead shower, and sink set within a vanity unit.

UTILITY ROOM contains washer, dryer and clothes horse for drying clothes unsuitable for tumble drying. We also provide an iron and board.

GAME ROOM has a quality pool table and air hockey.

POOL area is private and has an extended deck which is furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and bbq. There is also a spa. The lanai provides shade if required and means the pool area can still be used during periods of rain. The pool area is screened.
