The villa is located in the Eagle Pointe development which is 4 miles south of highway 192 . It is therefore a genuine 10 minute drive to Disney World and the numerous restaurants, dinner shows and shops including Walmart which is a 24 hour supermarket. Although close to these amenities, the development itself is very rural and has 3 lakes, one of which is a favorite nesting place for the American eagle.

Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in main living area and all bedrooms. Upgraded furniture throughout. Kitchen contains electric cooker (integrated micro wave) large American style fridge/reezer (with ice maker), dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Nook area has table & 4 chairs. Utility room contains large washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Telephone point in the kitchen provides free local calls.

Lounge area has 2 large sofas (seats 6), cofee table and sofa tables, entertainment unit containg 32' flat screen TV providing over 80 Cable channels, DVD/VCR and stereo CD/radio player. A selection of books and novels are also provided. Patio doors leading to pool area alarmed; as well as good security provides an audible warning if small children enter the pool area. Large ceiling fan.

Master bedroom contains king bed, dressing table/mirror, bedside drawers, clock radio, ceiling fan and cable TV. Very large en suite bathroom with walk in shower, bath tub, twin vanity units and separate WC. Large walk in closset with plentiful supply of hangers.

Bedroom 2 has full size bed, built in closet, dressing table, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan and cable TV.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, built in closet, dressing table, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan and cable TV.

Games room contains pool table, football table, dart board, junior netball, and various board games. Gym area has execise bike, cross trainer and stepper machine.

South facing private fully screened swimming pool with decorative sprays. Pool can be heated on request. Large bathing area with a covered area for shade housing table and 4 reclining chairs. Rear garden completely surrounded by a 6 ft. double boarded fence for security and privacy with the only access via a 6 ft. lockable gate.

Front garden lawned with palm tree and shrubs and a security PIR light is located at the front door.

Home fully liceneced with the Florida hotel licencing authority which ensures regular checks of the villa to ensure all required health and safety standards are met.
