The unusual feature not seen in many homes, is the bedrooms are Split two on one side and two on the other. A double and twin bedroom Split. This arrangement allows for two families to live on each side of the home and not have to share any of the facilities.
Large Patio doors give access to the pool area. The dining room is separated from the living room by an arched ornate column feature.
All bedrooms have cable TVs
The fully-fitted kitchen incorporates all the modern appliances that you would expect to find in a home of this quality. Oven Cooker with Built-in Microwave extractor system, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are supplied in the multitude. A separate room houses the laundry, equipped with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Clean bed linen and towels are provided by the Management Company.
A sun deck contains sun loungers for those who wish to top up there tans. The patio faces south and therefore in the sun all day long, but a lanai area exists equipped with a table and chairs for people who wish to be out of the suns rays.
The Hot Tub can help soak away the aches and pains of a good day out at the theme parks
The sun keeps the pool warm in all but the coldest weeks of winter, additional pool heating is provided for those weeks at a modest additional cost. All doors that have access to the pool area have child alarms to alert you that the doors have been opened.
