This is a really great four bedroomed single storey house, which has all the comforts of home. The pool is south facing and backs on to a wonderful lake & conservation area, giving lots of privacy during those long sunny days. The villa has FREE wireless internet connection.
Situated on Eagle Pointe, a quiet development off Poinciana Blvd, it is only a ten minute drive to the Disney and other Theme parks and a five minute drive to the 192 for supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls. It is also ideally located for a number of golf courses.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped lounge with TV, DVD etc & there are a number of DVD's, games and books for all the family. The formal dining area is open plan with seating for six, situated between the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for a self catering holiday including range, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster etc, a breakfast area with seating for four & breakfast bar.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Clean bedding & towels are provided.
Two bedrooms are located at the front of the villa and two at the back. The front bedrooms comprise a Queen bedroom and a twin bedded room, and have a bathroom with shower facilities, which is positioned between them. The bathroom can be shared by the third bedroom, which has twin beds.
The master suite with King bed, has its own en – suite with bath and walk in shower, twin vanity basins and a walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms have closets.
Entry to the swimming pool is via the patio doors in the lounge, which is fitted with an alarm for child safety. There is a lanai with table and chairs and there are sun loungers positioned around the pool for those who like to take home that all important tan! Plus the views across the Lake and all the wildlife present, make it a relaxing place to relax after a visit to either a park or a game of golf, please enjoy.
