The amazing south-facing views can be enjoyed from the extended deck and covered lanai or from the oversized pool with adjoining heated spa.

This exquisitely-styled and beautifully furnished home is equipped with everything the discerning vacationer should require. From top of the range upgraded kitchen appliances to lavish four poster and king-size beds in the four master bedrooms. In addition, there is a queen-size bedroom and a two further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with HD flat screen LCD TV and the main gathering room is equipped with large screen projector HD TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 2.

The gated resort-style community of Emerald Island is an attraction itself. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, cyber Internet room, and a video arcade. There is even a Tiki bar outside on the pool deck, children's playground, a sand volleyball court, tennis centre, and a nature trail to enjoy.
