This is a three bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome with a sleep sofa that can accomodate up to 8 people. There are flat screen tv's with cable service in each room. A ten second walk out of the patio door and you're at the clubhouse-pool area with all of the Emerald Island ammenitites available. Along with the clubhouse pool are a jacuzzi, sauna, fully equipped gym, an outdoor playset for children and a coin operated arcade. We also offer a fully equipped kitched, full size washer and dryer, 4 flat screen tv's with a Playstation 2 with games, high chair and a pack and play for babies. We also provide free wi-fi and international calling. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a master bath, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a shared bath, and the third bedroom has twin beds. Emphasis is placed on cleanliness of this property, we maintain this home as we do our primary residence and expect our guests to enjoy a problem free vacation. No pets please.

We do appreciate that some owners are offering their homes at low rates, but we do not do this. We know that our home, with its quality furnishings and facilities, is worth every cent that we ask for it. If we were to lower our rates then at some point in the not too distant future we would have to lower our standards.
