The property has entrance lobby with formal lounge with 2 and 3 seater settees. CD/ radio with MP3 and ipod connections and formal dining area. The Games room is fully airconditioned as well as the rest of the villa and has table football, full size pool table, dart board and air hockey.plus a Nintendo wii console.
there is a fully equipped Kitchen with cooker/grill, microwave, coffee maker, blender, fridge freezer with ice maker.
an infoirmal dining area with breakfast bar as well as table and chairs.
the second lounge has 2 and 3 seater settees with wide screen TV, theatre surround sound with MP3 and Ipod connections, this room leads out on to pool and spa which are south facing and overlook conservation area..
there are 4 bedrooma, 2 are ensuite with own bath, shower and WC, each has a hairdryer. The other 2 bedrooms have 2x single beds and share a bathroom with bath,shoer ,wc and hairdryer.
all bedrooms have LCD TV's and two have DVD players. There is a choice of Disney themed bedding. there is a fully equipped Laundry and the property has easy acess to 192 and interstate and interstate 4
