Our comfortable and welcoming family home is located in the perfect spot in the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort community. This is less than 3 miles from Disney World and offers quick and easy access to the 192 and I4 and its great shops, restaurants and theme parks . The villa accomodates 12 guests and the secluded pool and spa has a beautiful conservation view that overlooks a tree-lined waterway.

The Family Room:

'Epcot House' has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with an 8 seat wrap around settee and chair, soft furnishings, ceiling fans and lamps, a gigantic 48' HDTV with DVD player and Bose surround sound system. We've left you a small selection of books and DVDs.

A Separate Lounge:

If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.

Games Room:

Why not gather together for some fun times as a family in the carpeted games room, with a fabulous 7ft slate pool table, Air Hockey and Foosball table. Or sharpen up on your skills improving your accuracy with the electronic darts board! The games room also has a DVD/TV system and a second TV with a Sony PlayStation.

Sleeping Accommodations for up to 12 guests

There are 4 separate comfortable master bedroom suites. Two have king-size beds and two with queen-size beds. One of the king size suites is located on the ground floor should anyone find stairs difficult. This room also has the most luxurious bathroom in the house!
All have bedrooms have dressers, nightstands, with cable TV's and DVD players, and closet space.
Each master bedroom also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers and private toilets.

There are also two twin bedrooms each providing 2 twin beds, nightstands, and dressers with cable TV and DVD players, ample closet space, plus an adjacent shared bathroom.

Every bedroom has a 24” or 32” TV with built in DVD player and the two master bedrooms also have built in VCR's so there is need to miss your favorite program.

Kitchen

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area that seats 8 guests or at the glass top nook table that also seats 8 people overlooking the lanai.

Pool, Spa & Deck

If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida Sunshine...Then you've picked the perfect spot!
The stupendous pool and deck has a full-length (40 x 10 foot) shaded lanai with ceiling fans to stay cool under.
If you want to relax, step into the raised bubbling spa pool, or into the crystal-clear waters of the over-size 30 x 14 foot private pool, or simply lay back on one of the comfy cushioned loungers, or reclining chairs around tables. The pool offers seating for all 12 guests.
The deck is a great place to catch a sunset!
The pool and spa can be optionally heated.
The pool offers a removable safety fence for extra protection for young children should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have additional safety locks.

Choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa
Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool
Watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot.
Walk down to the hard tennis or sand volleyball courts
In the comfortable reception area you can pick up a newspaper, local information, a coffee or catch a programme on the communal tv screen.
There's often plenty going on around the pool area: karaoke or seasonal activities and a bar and snacks to be purchased.
