"We had a fantastic holiday to Mickeys Mansion, we were all amazed at the size and beauty of the house. we unpacked and the kids just got in the pool. even though in the uk it was around 1-30am!!! The family all fit into the house well, all 16 of us, that including 3 young babies! The rooms were spacious and decorated tastefully. There was everything there that you could possibly need in a self catering property. David was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and even phoned during our stay to check everything was ok, during his phonecall he noted a problem with the phone and he called maintence to come and fix asap, and they did. The games room was very good for the children and the adults too! I would recommend to anyone, its a lovely home with great owners! im hoping they have a smaller home for next time as there will be less of us going!! would deal with David an Ann again. "Our group of 8 golfers recently stayed at Mickey's Mansion. This was our 12th annual golf trip and we have finally found a house that we would like to use each year going forward. We will not spend anytime researching houses on-line, nor will we have to hope that the house will be to our liking prior to the trip as we will already know. As golfers playing 36 holes per day for 7 straight days, we did not spend much time at the house. However, in the evenings, the pool, spa and bar-b-q were quite enjoyable with a couple of cold drinks after a long day on the course. The owner of the home was extremely accomodating to all our requests and the home was better than advertised!! Finally, the home is very convenient to all styles of Dining, Shopping and Entertainment...in most cases 5-10 minutes. ..Disney is practically accross the street. "Our family of 14 including, young children and teenagers, enjoyed all the facilities Mickeys Mansion had to offer. Everyone loved the pool and the jacuzzi which meant we hardly ever watched the T.V.s. On arrival the villa was spotless and both tables laid out for dining. You have to drove to a grocery store. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with extra bed linen and towels supplied. The air con was a life saver. The garage has been converted into a games room and gets very hot so the kids did not spend much time in there.I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to other people. "We usually went to hotels when we go to spend some time in Orlando/Kissimmee. We heard about this lovely place called Mickeys Mansion. we are so glad we went there. Is the best place to go. Everything is so nice and perfect......7 rooms........!!!!!! perfect living areas. the pool and spa is so nice to spend nice family quality time and also relaxing. The game room has everything to spend with the family and enjoy some time with the kids. Furniture is top of the line........ the house is so close to the parks (just 5 minutes from Magic Kingdom). Is even close enough if you want to go to Busch Gardens in Tampa. we spent a complete one week lovely vacation at Mickys Mansion and we are looking forward to return to such a beautifull place........Thanks David!!!!!!! "I would like to thank David and Ann for having such a lovely villa. Our family of 13 stayed there at the end of June 10 for our wedding. We all had our own space as the villa is so big and beautifully decorated. The pool was great fun for all to enjoy as was the games room. It is within 10 minutes to Disney and only a short ride to the US Highway 192. We will definatley us the villa again and we have already recommended it to a few of our friends. "We stopped at this beautiful home in mid June, the weather was brilliant and this added to what was for my family and I, a very enjoyable and satisfying experience. On the day we arrived Dave rang me up to see if everything was OK and to our satisfaction, which to me seemed a nice gesture and an owner who has pride in his property. I must admit we had planned to travel to the parks everyday but after seeing the home we realised this was a cut above rest and decided to stop here during most of our vacation. The complex is well maintained and within easy reach of Disney and Animal Kingdom. The Club house has a Tika Bar which we visited on most evenings. I noticed that Dave and Ann have just reintroduced FREE phone calls to the UK and most European countries along with wireless free Internet!! "I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we all had in your villa! My brother, his family and his in-laws only stayed 4 of the 8 nights but we all had a great time together. It was a little quiet after the 7 of them left with only the 6 of us at the house but we still had an incredible time!!! "This is the first time we have been to Florida and we had a fantastic time.The villa was superb it is just a pity we could not pick it up and live in it in England.The location is extremely close to all the Disney and Orlando theme parks so no time was wasted in getting to and from the parks.The parks were very easy to get to with simple directions and there were many restaurants and supermarkets relatively close by. The complex is extremely clean and secure with very friendly attendants on the gates. The house itself is very large and spacious with tv's in the bedrooms and a games room to keep the kids happy.We chose to have the pool and spa heated which was a great idea as we used them early in the morning and sometimes late at night. On the whole we would recommend Florida to anyone and being able to return to a villa of this standard each day is icing on the cake !! gary farnsworth, clitheroe,lancashire "

" Everything about the house far exceeded our expectations. David and Anne Dugdale were in close contact with us at any moment we had a question. The house was large and comfortable. The pool was heated and awesome. We asked for barbecue and had it within hours. We asked to have pool pump checked and it was fixed within hours. The kids loved the games room. We loved the big screen tv. We were located within minutes to every possible attraction. Every vacation my family and I went on we missed home and looked forward to returning but this time we didn't want to leave Mickey's Mansion, ended up staying another night, thanks for that David and Anne. You were terrific and my family and I thank you for allowing us to experience everything we ever wanted and more in a vacation in Florida. "We have vacationed in Emerald Island Resort five times and have rented five different homes and by far Micky's Mansion was the nicest. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. It was decorated top notch. The owners were prompt and great to work with also. Emerald Island Resort is very recommendable. Be careful that you are booking with a reputable agency or owner (a few owners and reviews made me nervous). For 'Mickey's Mansion' in particular I found everything matched what the owner advertised and met or exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Mickey's Mansion to anyone vacationing in the Orlando area. We hope to stay here again one day. Melissa, Michigan "

"The house is very smartly decorated and well equipped for large groups. We had a full 14 guests and had more than enough room and plenty to do. The kids loved watching movies in their own rooms during rest time. The parents liked it too since we could put on the football game. The location of the complex is one of the best 'off-property' for Disney World. The main gates of all 4 parks are no more than 10 minutes or so. There are few hotels closer and no villas that are closer. The complex itself is nice and clean. The clubhouse is comfortable, but we spent little time there. We've stayed at another villa within Emerald Island. It was also very nice, but David's was superior. I don't think I would try to stay anywhere else with a large group. Thank you David and Ann. I did not let the others see the pictures of the home prior to arriving and when I opened the door they were all taken back by how beautiful it was. "We think our family were the first to stop here since the new transformation and our first impression was WOW!!! The villa's new owners David and Ann had pulled out all the stops to renovate the house to a high standard. The massive 52' LCD TV was impressive as were all the LCD TV's in all the rooms. The south facing pool provided sunshine all day long and the kids loved the games room. We all appreciated the welcome pack after our long journey from the UK. The management company were also very helpful during our visit. ALL in all a very happy experience. We will cetainly recommend this home to all our friends.
