Emerald Island is a new spectacular resort style community only a few miles from Walt Disney World in the heart of the Orlando/Kissimmee Area. It is situated on a secluded “land island” insulated by nature with controlled access to the resort via the main security gate.

The “land island” is surrounded by a conservation area which encompasses over 300 acres resulting in Emerald Island being a quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood. You could be mistaken for believing you had stepped right into a fantasy world beyond your wildest dreams, with its Grecian architecture, including a breathtaking dolphin fountain and beautiful Mediterranean style villas.

In addition to the luxury of the villas, Emerald Island also boasts an impressive club house which is available for all guests and is the perfect way to relax in a more sociable environment and meet other residents of the paradise isle. The clubhouse incorporates a sauna, steam room, cyber café with wifi, games arcade, community pool with whirlpool spa, snack bar, sundry shop, movie rental, volleyball court, lighted tennis court, tiki bar, a children's adventure playground and even a gymnasium. Now there is no excuse – you can even stay fit when on holiday. There are weights, treadmills, cycles and a multigym to use. Perfect for working off all of those extra calories you're bound to take in at the nearby restaurants. A helpful staff member at the clubhouse will assist you with dinner reservations, attraction tickets or transportation.

When you are ready to leave your private villa, it is great to know that you are just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World, 3 minutes from Shopping, 10 minutes from Golf and 15 minutes from Old Town Car Shows.

Your private 4 bedroom villa is spacious and open and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Bed configuration is two master bedrooms (one King and one Queen) and two twin bedrooms. One bedroom is Disney Themed, Sheets and towels are supplied for all beds. There are televisions in all bedrooms.

The private screened in pool and spa with covered lanai is available for your enjoyment. The pool also has a child security fence. There is a large living room with television and a dining area . The gourmet kitchen has state of the art appliances and is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. There is a washer and dryer in the home. The home has a private game room for your enjoyment when you are not at the theme parks.
