RESORT
Emerald Island Resort is considered one of the area's finest gated communities and was voted the best Florida development at the prestigious International Property Awards.
Emerald Island is built around 17 acres of wooded wetlands with a walking/jogging/biking trail.
There is a clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room and computer suite with internet access. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, volley ball, tennis courts and a Tikki Hut.
For the convenience of all guests Emerald Island Resort offers a concierge to assist with all your vacation requirements. Resort Shuttle services are available to the attractions.

FAMILY ROOM
A large open plan informal sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The elegant furnishings create a cosy retreat for all the family after a day's activities. There are sumptuous sofas and occasional tables. An entertainment centre that includes a large HDTV/DVD/Video and sound system with cable TV.
The family room overlooks and has access to the south facing pool and deck area making it an ideal place to relax.

THE NOOK
The Nook with its high ceiling and view of the pool is a bright and ideal spot for casual dining. There are 4 chairs and 2 bar stools.

DINING AREA
A generously sized oak table with matching chairs, illuminated by a brass chandelier, seats six in comfort for an evening of dining.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with all the necessary time-saving appliances of a luxury home. Large oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker are fully fitted. A full array of built in cabinets houses all the pots, pans and crockery that you will require for both indoor and poolside use.
You can even awake to the smell of fresh brewed coffee !

GAMES ROOM
Centred around a full size slate bed Pool Table is a professional Table Tennis Table, Electronic Darts and a selection of Board Games. Comfortable stools, bean bags and a bar table can be put to good use by the spectators.
Two medium and one small cycle with helmets are also available.

UTILITY ROOM
An automatic washing machine and separate tumble dryer as well as facilities for ironing are provided. An upright vacuum cleaner for those that become 'homesick' is also available.
Daily maid services can be provided, at an extra cost, if required. Please request at time of booking.

POOL AREA
The south facing pool with Jacuzzi spa is a main attraction. It has an extended deck and is surrounded by comfy sun-loungers, a patio table and chairs. For those that prefer the shade, the covered lanai at the rear of the house provides a useful respite from the sun.
Swimming in the pool or simply relaxing in the Jacuzzi, with you favorite beverage, is the ideal way to end an active day.
The area is fully screened and has a child security fence. The deck area has independent lighting and the pool has underwater lights.

A King size bed is the centre of this gererously sized luxurious room, fitted with elegant wood furniture leading to an en-suite bath and shower room fitted with all the accessories you need.
