Our Emerald Island home is situated approx 3 miles from Disney and ideally located to all of Orlando's top tourist attractions. We are only 2 mins from the
192 and its abundance of shops and great restaurants for you to try.

It is a 3 bedroom property with the master bedroom having ensuite facilities, a hairdryer, built in closet, tv and patio doors leading to the balcony, overlooking a spacious and quiet residential area.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a built in closet and cabinet with lots of storage space.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a built in closet and cabinet for storage space. It also shares a large bathroom/shower with bedroom 2.

Downstairs there is a light spacious living area with 2 sofa's, one being a double sofa bed and a TV with free cable. There is a large dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar to relax at.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all cutlery, utensils and cookware.

On the ground floor there is a toilet and vanity area.

There is a utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for you to use. Linen and towels are supplied.

There is also a telephone with complimentary free local calls.

It is less than a 1 minute walk to the nearby large heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, with plenty of sun beds and parasols for you to enjoy a relaxing time.

Emerald Island Resort is based on a conservation area and has beautiful surroundings. It is a gated community and has 24hr security with lots of free amenities for its residents to enjoy. There are tennis courts, a volleyball court, internet café and a nature trail There are 2 large heated outdoor pools with a Jacuzzi, one being by the clubhouse and having its own Tikki bar, which serves drinks and snacks, the other being very close to our home. There is a gym and for the children there is a games room and outside play area.
