Vacation Rentals & Villas

The villa is situated in the Enclave area of Emerald Island Resort, a gated community in Kissimmee, Florida, which is located less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Shopping, restaurants and mini golf are less than 1 mile from the home. Emerald Island's clubhouse provides a community pool, spa, sauna, gym, arcade, and tiki bar. On site there are also two playgrounds, sand volley ball pit, nature trail and tennis courts.

Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family, enjoy the cable T.V or a D.V.D. or play the game system. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area.

Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats seven in addition a high chair and booster seat there are patio doors leading to the pool (it also provides a good view of the T.V in the family room!) Equipped with; stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, disposal, blender, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, electric tea kettle, electric griddle and phone. There is a full size washer and tumble dryer located in kitchen closet.

Pool and spa; the pool area is screened. A lanai provides shade with ceiling fan above. There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe on the loungers or relax in the spa. The 30 ft pool and extended deck provide ample space for the children to play, splash and go wild! Pool toys are provided just bring a smile.

Games room/ garage; the kids can escape from the adults, though they too may want to play ping pong/table tennis, darts, Texas Holdem & foosball.

Master bedroom; a king size bed with sliders out to the pool area. Ceiling fan, cable T.V, D.V.D player alarm clock, safe and phone are provided. An en suite master bathroom has a garden tub and separate shower.

Master bedroom: with queen bed, ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D player, alarm clock are provided en suite master bathroom has a garden tub and separate shower.

Surf twin: Surfer themed room with twin beds. Ceiling fan, alarm clock, cable T.V and D.V.D player are provided.

Fish twin: Aquarium themed room with twin beds, especially for our younger guests. Ceiling fan, alarm clock, cable T.V and D.V.D player are provided.

Emerald Island Resort

Emerald Island is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. As you pass through the 24 hour guarded gatehouse the playful dolphin fountains welcome you to this unique resort.

The clubhouse is the center of activity with a community pool, spa, gym, sauna, arcade and internet cafe. The beautifully landscaped grounds include two children's play areas, volley ball pit, Tennis Courts, Basketball Nets and a nature trail that winds through the natural woodland setting.

This excellent location is less than 3 miles to Walt Disney World. Seaworld and Universal Studios are only a short drive away. There are a number of golf courses in the area. For shopping there is the Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Downtown Disney provides shops, restaurants and a multiplex cinema. Closer to home there are shops, a supermarket and many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets all less than a mile from Emerald Island.
