Emerald Island Resort is a large exclusive development of spacious, executive vacation homes with private pools and town-homes, surrounding an exclusive, fully featured resort club house with many amenities for all guests to enjoy.
As you enter you immediately find yourself in a sub-tropical resort, with a driveway that stretches toward a 24 Hour manned security gate house and through to the stunning Dolphin Fountain at the entrance to the club house and facilities. The club house has a reception area which sells newspapers and sundries, and provides a full conciege service generally from 8am - 10pm daily.
There's a lounge area, where you can sit and chat or meet other guests staying at Emerald Island. The kids can enjoy themselves in the games room, or on the video arcade games provided, and you can 'keep in touch' while on vacation with the IT center that provides high-speed internet access for guests.

Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit of £300/$300 is required. Your deposit will be returned within 4 weeks of leaving the property, when our management company have confirmed the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.
How do we find the Villa and where do we collect the key to the villa from?
Driving directions will be given prior to your stay. There is a key lock outside the house which is accessible through entering a code into the keypad on the front door. There will be a unique code for your stay, which you will receive by e-mail prior to the stay of your holiday
