With the roll in shower/wet room and the ground floor guest suite, equipped with 2'9” wide doors to accommodate our disabled guests in a wheelchair.
This home model, the 6 bedroom Grand Harbour, is so spacious, it is incredible, and extremely relaxing, open, and so cheerfully sunny!

Located in Emerald Island Resort, which features other estate size homes on estate size lots providing privacy and tranquillity (for our guests and their neighbours). Aligned directly North South, therefore the oversize saline pool and enormous deck being South facing are bathed in sunlight all day long. Set apart from the neighbouring properties for privacy and enjoyment.

Our home features generous square footage - approximately 4,500 square feet plus 1700 sq ft of deck this is so big we have had installed an intercom and central music system. The lounge has a 36' HDTV, fed by satellite and cable, DVD/CD players, 2 cassette machines. All your film entertainment needs are provided for within the separate and dedicated genuine cinema screen (not an oversize tv), complete with THX sound, a 92” screen and choice of over 380 films all remotely operated and stored.

The dining room area, with its bespoke imported Spanish tiled flooring is sure to impress your guests as you serve them at the solid wood table which easily seats 12 of your family and friends.

Also featured is an upstairs living room, designated a quiet area where you can relax and read a book, or catch up on emails load your vacation pictures onto a DVD or cd on the Pentium 4 Pc.|IPod Docking station and IPhone connection theres even an IRon for mum to relax with. Need to send a fax? You can do that as well. Bring your own laptop! The whole house is fitted with Cat5 access points and WiFi is standard. Free local long distance and International calling to landlines via Vonage.

There are TV's in all bedrooms and each enjoying individual access to cable transmissions. The kid's rooms have PS2 play stations. The 'Theatre Style' kitchen is fully equipped with a plethora of appliances and culinary utensils -- We know from our 12 years of experience both as owners and renters how important this is: Stainless Steel utensils pre-eminent.
