Our lovely villa is situated at Esprit, and is just 15 minutes from the Disney resorts. The newly refurbished pool area is south facing with golf course views.

The villa has also been refurbished in 2010. It features a large living area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, easily accommodating 8 people.

You can stretch out in our comfortable lounge area, where we have a 3 seater leather sofa and 2 leather love seats and coffee table. For your entertainment we have a 42' flat screen TV with cable HD channels and DVD player and PS2. Free access to high speed wireless internet is also provided. The kitchen, with all new appliances provides the ability for you to prepare either a simple meal or a gourmet dinner, and you can choose to eat either in our breakfast nook or our lovely dining area.

The master bedroom has views over the golf course and includes a king size bed, 26' flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with large bathtub, shower cubicle, twin vanities and toilet. Off from the bedroom there is a large walk in dressing room with plenty of hanging and shelf space.

The second bedroom provides a queen size bed with a 26' flat screen TV, and the further 2 bedrooms have twin beds plus 19' flat screen TV's and built in wardrobes.

The guest bathroom includes a full size bathtub, shower, vanity and toilet and is ideally positioned to serve these bedrooms. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided, and there is a hairdryer in both bathrooms.

The villa includes a dishwasher, a full size washer and dryer with steam iron and ironing board for your convenience. The villa has full air conditioning to all rooms as well as central heating for those occasional chilly nights. There are also ceiling fans to the living room and all bedrooms. A security safe and alarm have been fitted.

The south facing pool (which can be heated at an extra charge) provides the opportunity for recreation or play, and the patio area provides a table and 4 cushioned chairs for al fresco dining. You can sit in the shade under the lanai and enjoy a cool drink whilst relaxing and watching golf. We have supplied 4 cushioned sun loungers.

An active Home Owners Association keeps our community in excellent condition for both residents and visitors alike. Our management team are on call 24 hours a day, for your peace of mind and to help with any problems or queries you may have.

Just 15 minutes from the famous Disney Main Gates, 35 minutes from Orlando airport,

The location is excellent for visiting the Disney parks and there are many resturants and supermarkets within easy reach. Try Carrabas on the 192. It is also an easy drive from both Orlando and Sanford airports. I can certainly recommend this villa for families or groups of friends"

"July 2010 The villa is perfect, so comfortable and homely, the furniture and decoration are great. This is the second time we have stayed on Esprit and love the location. The only addition you could make is a games room and I believe the owners are in the process of doing this. We had teenage girls with us so that wasn't a necessity but if our son had been with us it would have been an advantage. Our daughter took her laptop and fully appreciated the free wi-fi - teenagers can't survive without facebook!!! We did have a problem with the air conditioning but you will be pleased to know that the management company were very quick to respond and it was fixed by them within hours and so no problem for us despite the record temperatures in Florida during our stay. Thank you Kate and Kevan for all your help, you were very accommodating when we were making the booking and as a result had a wonderful holiday in your fantastic villa. "
