Belgravia Villa is is a great base for your trip to Florida and is fully air condition throughout the home, the four bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms is furnished to a very high standard and is a family home.
The ground floor offers a great blend of formal and casual family living space. Situated at the front of the home is the living room. The living room contains two sumptuous sofas and a coffee table. This room also holds the internet access. The living room allows you to kick back and relax for those wanting to catch up on email or surf the net, complimentary internet wifi is provided
Just opposite the living room down a small hallway is the half bathroom In the half bathroom is a toilet and sink.
At the rear end of the property, it is a big open space containing a family room, the kitchen, and dining area. the family room is equipped with one big corner sofa, that can be turned into a queen sized bed if necessary, it also as a 42inch plasma TV with HD cable channels and a DVD player.
The dining area seats up to eight people in comfort and features an elegant dining table in cherry with softly upholstered chairs.
Our full size kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, oven and a pantry. Just off from the kitchen leading into the garage is a utility room with a washer and dryer.
The kitchen also contains a telephone where you can make international or local telephone calls.
On the second floor of the property you will find a bathroom, 2 twin rooms, a queen room and the master bedroom with en suite.
MASTER BEDROOM.
The master bedroom is furnished to a very high standard with a ceiling fan and a king size bed along with a 28 inch TV and cable channels. There is also 2 dressers within the main room. The master bedroom also has a very large walk in closet and its own bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, a stand alone shower and a roman bath. A hairdryer is also provided within the bathroom. There is a safe located in the master bedroom's walk in closet
QUEEN BEDROOM
The queen bedroom is finished in washed oak and is furnished to a high standard. Just like the master bedroom, this room includes a TV with cable, a telephone and a closet. There is also a dresser.
TWIN ROOMS
We have two twin bedrooms. Each twin has a different look to it. Both twin rooms have a dresser and a night stand along with a lamp, a ceiling fan and a TV with cable. Each twin room also has a closet. One twin bedroom is furnished with dark wood and light walls and covers, with wall art to match this theme. Whilst the other twin bedroom has quite light wood furniture and shows off a more tropical theme with covers and wall art to match.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
The second story bathroom is equipped with a toilet, two sinks and a bath/shower. A hair dryer is provided and towels.
GAMES ROOM
The competitive in your party will love our games room. Try your hand at:

Foosball (table football)
and darts
We have also decorated the games room to give it more of a warmer feel. It has been tastefully painted and there are a number of wall decorations to liven the room up and make it feel like a games room.

POOL/SPA AREA
Step out and discover our sun soaked extended deck with its sparkling pool and spa. This is a great place to dine alfresco, enjoy a refreshing swim, relax in the spa or stretch out on one of our 4 loungers or just sit at our matching table and chairs with a nice cool drink
The pool area is a great place to enjoy the sunshine or have a nice swim without having to go too far. we also provide all the pool towels
The villa is ideal for 2 families and can accommodate 8 – 10 people. There is a cot and high chair provided at no extra cost. everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
It is 5 Minutes from Interstate 4 and 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks. It is 20 minutes away from Sea World and 30 Minutes away from Universal Studios.

Four Corners is within easy reach of many shops, including the new Mall at Posner park. It is also very close to many dining areas. A great thing for keen golfers is that it is close to the new golf complex (designed by Greg Norman) just built on Champions Gate (5 minutes down the road). The villa is close to many supermarkets such as Wal*Mart and Target and our property is only 30 minutes away from the Florida Mall!
Orlando International Airport is just a 30 minute drive away and Sanford Airport is Approximately a 1 hour drive away.
