Our fantastic villa superbly furnished to a Gold standard comes complete with all the expected modern amenities 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and a twin), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, games room, air conditioning and heating through-out, a comfortable seating area, two dining areas and a south facing screened pool and spa which can be fully heated (charges apply).

You'll be able to relax around our private pool, or just lie back and enjoy our superb spa, but should you wish to cool off, you can go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature.

The on-site clubhouse has free computers and internet facilities, games room, media room, small gym, tennis/sports courts and a large communal pool. Transportation to the parks and fishing can be arranged at the clubhouse.

Located just a short distance from the front gates you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of supermarkets (a Super Wal-Mart and Walgreens), restaurants, banks, petrol station etc.

Walt Disney World can be reached in approximately 10 minutes. The majority of the world famous attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International Drive with its numerous attractions are less than 35 minutes away by car.

If you enjoy Golf then you will be ideally positioned staying at our villa. There are over 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate courses. There are courses to choose from to cater for every level of golfer.

We are ideally located on the US 27, just one mile north of the US 192 and only a ten minute drive from the Interstate 4, it gives you easy access to all of Orlando's main travelling routes. Visit Tampa, Daytona or Kennedy Space Centre.
