"Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Portobello. It was everything we had hoped and worked very well and suited our needs completely. The house layout is fantastic for two families with the queen room perfect for grandparents. We had a few minor problems; the battery in one of the smoke alarms needed replacing and one call to the management company had it taken care of within a hour. Great service. Once vacation schedules have been finalized we may be back to the Villa next spring as we had such a fabulous time this year. "Hi Steve, I just wanted to let you know that we once again had a great time in the villa, this year before going into the villa we did a cruise and we enjoyed the villa as much as the cruise. The villa was very clean and well presented and so relaxing to stay in that I wished I stayed more than a week this year, still I am in no doubt that I will be back. "Wow what a wonderful last five days to our holiday in Orlando. The villa was a welcome respite after all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and when the kids found the games room in the garage with pool table, footie table, darts, tv, they left us alone by the pool for the best part. Great pool toys for them to enjoy too and a bbq for our use made it a fabulous end to a great holiday. Free internet access meant we could stay in touch with those left in UK too. "Steve, Just wanted to thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa in Florida. We arrived back home yesterday after a fabulous two weeks. We thought the villa was fabulous and we all had a fantastic time. We spent a lot of time around the villa relaxing by the pool and enjoying the games room. Facilities were excellent. If you dont mind we have taken some of your business cards home and will be highly recommending your villa to our friends and family. We met some really lovely people on our visit this year such as Mark (the pool guy) and his wife Dawn. We also met neighbours of yours - Mike and Gillian who live by the clubhouse. "Hi Steve, I just want to e mail you to let you know what a great time we all had on holiday and this is down to the fact that we had such a great villa, I’ve stayed in villas before but my parents have not and they were overwhelmed by the villa that they did not want to leave. Both my parents are in there 70’s and for all of the holiday they were like two little kid’s in the theme parks and back at the villa in the pool playing around with balls and airbeds things we could not really do at a hotel, hiring a villa is the only way to visit that part of the U.S.A. We decided to have a villa instead of just a hotel room - no rush for a sunbed by the poolside. It was lovely being able to eat in or out, with the excellent kitchen facilities and local stores to purchase everything you could possible require, this was not a problem. Everything was clean and tidy and well presented. The use of the phone linked through a computer connection was a bonus and worked well. Also, the wireless connection for the Internet was very useful. To make the most of this property, it is essential to have a car. Disney World, etc. is only a few mins. away by car. "Review for: VILLA PORTOBELLO (8132) 'Great Place! Much better than a hotel. Baby friendly/kid friendly. Lots of space. Wish we would have taken more days to spend at the house since we were at the theme parks almost everyday. Really enjoyed it, had everything we needed and more. The best thing was that the whole payment and communication transaction was safe and easy. Owner could easily be contacted via e-mail and answered all our questions prior to our arrival. "The review: Lovely villa, spacious and well presented. Well equipped, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there. Although we didn't have a child with us, the things provided for them looked good too. Solar pool heat is great if you need it, otherwise the pool is in full sunshine from early morning until the evening. Spa is also nice for relaxing! The only minor problem we had was dealt with by the rental company within 24 hours. Vonage sometimes a little unpredictable but that's not the owners fault I don't think. Access to the pool and gym on the complex are good too. Would definitely return, no hesitation, thanks!! Mr M Roberts U.K"

"Hello Steve, just wanted to let you no we are back from our wonderful vacation...Just a note to let you no you have such a bueatiful house..I did not want to leave...I felt like it was my castle for the week....(we live on a farm )...Everything went wonderful and i will def tell anyone about your place if they are interested in renting a house....It was nice that it was out of the hustle and bustle of the disney rush...But still close enough.. My kids loved the game room and my hubby and i even got pulled into a few games of pool...the kids wanted to leave the parks early to go back to the house to play there lol ..(17 and 16yr olds .)The pool was a little cold the first 2 days since the weather was cloudy and cool but later in the week it was wonderful..I sat in the spa everynight to reguvinate my feet ....Thank you again ....I couldnt of asked for anything else.... "Hi Steve We had a wonderful holiday, the villa is lovely and with it being so big you don't get the feeling of being under each other's feet every time you turn around. I was very impressed with the surrounding area too. It's all so clean and well kept, it puts the UK to shame. We were in a huge rush when getting ready to leave, and we had bought so many things, as prices are so cheap in the US, that we had to surround ourselves with luggage while driving back to the airport. I filled the dishwasher up and put it on before we leaving, but there was still a few dishes left, and we couldn't put any washing on as we didn't have any detergent left, so sorry about that. I had to phone the guy who was picking us up UK end and he had to bring a trailer for the extra luggage! "Hi, this villla is superb!! Immaculate through-out and every convenience thought off. Could not fault the villa in anyway and Steve is great too, ready to answer any questions and helped with every query we put to him - nothing too much trouble. Our only problem was that the Glenbrook Resort was not recognised by sat nav so we spent nearly two hours trying to find it -not great after 12 hrs travelling. All would have been well had there not been so many road closures due to road works and we could have followed Steve's directions, but that wasn't Steve's fault. Advice for sat nav users just find the US27 and Walgreens/CVS with petrol station opposite. Overall A******************************************* Walsh, Lancs, UK "

"Hi Steve Just a quick note and thank you for the villa rental. The villa was beautiful and the facilities excellent. We loved the full size pool table and the pool was larger than previous villas we'd stayed in before. The furnishings were lovely and there was absolutely everything there we required. "We had 8 people in the house and we were all comfortable and had enough space. Nice to have all the conveniences of home and feel at home in this house. The games room and the pool provided entertainment when we weren't at Disney. The kids had a blast. It took us about 20 minutes to reach Disney, but the drive wasn't bad and good for unwinding at the end of the day. Overall it was great value for the money and we will always stay in a house instead of hotel now. MILLAR U.K"

Craig & I were sitting out by the pool and my sister & brother-in-law answered the door, and became very surprised to find someone bearing gifts. Everyone is having fun and loving the house as usual. The garage is unbelievable. You really did a great job. The boys haven't even been down to the clubhouse. Craig & I have a question? Is the St. Louis Rams banner for us? We found your home to be very comfortable and well equipped with all the things a family would need to complete their vacation. We loved the pool and spa and spent a lot of our time outdoors. I purchased several new pool toys that I left behind for you and any other guest that may stay at your home in the future. The only suggestion I might make is that the carpeting is in desperate need of cleaning with several spots where drinks or something had spilled. It must be very frustrating as the homeowner to see that others do not take care of what you have worked so hard to obtain. I can assure you that my family treated your home as if it was our own and made sure it was in the same condition we found it when we arrived. "Dear Mr. Haydon, We returned home today from Florida. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Your home is absolutely beautiful. I love the way you decorated, very lit up and open. You actually have the same furniture as I would like. Those couches are incredibly comfortable. I love the layout of the kitchen, well I loved everything. I had to drag my nefews out of the pool everyday. The weather was great. Hot, clear, & sunny. I was hoping to get a sun-tan, but no such luck. My fiance' is interested in building our own vacation home there. Disney World was a blast. I love how close it was. The sales office was saying there will soon be a rear entrance to the complex putting you around 5 minutes away from Disney. Everyone definetly would like to do this trip again next year.
