Located on the fabulous Hampton Lakes development with facilities free for our Guests use, which include tennis, basketball, sand volleyball and larger communal pool. We provide equipment to make use of them all.
Our home has been tastefully furnished and benefits from full air conditioning.
The queen master bedroom has full ensuite facilities together with a walkin closet.
Bedroom 2 currently has a full bed, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 offer 2 twin beds in each. A rollaway bed is provided which can be used in whichever room you prefer.
Step out the back door to your own private pool, no need to queue for the loungers here. An outside cabana bath with outdoor shower offers poolside facilities to keep your little ones safe.
Speaking of safety the villa has a fully monitored alarm system and a safe for your use. Smoke alarms are fitted in all rooms. for extra safety pool door alarm is also fitted.
As well as the tv in the family room, each bedroom has it's own tv and dvd player as we know there may be times when people may want to do their own thing. Of course when you want to get together, we have a fabulous games area, with pool,
foosball, darts, air hockey and draughts.
A bbq grill is also provided free of charge for al fresco dining.
For those who may be travelling with babies or young children we provide nursery items, free of charge, including travel crib, highchair, stroller, changing mat, steriliser and baby bedding. A selection of toys, books, and games ensures the always have something to amuse them.
For the older ones in the party, who may also need amusing, we provide a pc with high speed internet, great to keep in touch or to check out your next adventure. If youu wish to bring your own laptop then wifi is available free of charge to keep youu connected.
Playstation 1 and 2 consoles are provided together with a selection of games. Alongside this we also provide a library of books, cds, and dvds for your enjoyment.
