HIGHGATE PARK is a quiet Gated Community situated close to Disney in Davenport, Orlando, Florida on Highway 27 between the 192 and I4 which makes it the perfect location to easily get to all the major attractions, shops and restaurants.

Berry Town Center, which is home to Applebees Family Restaurant, Publix Supermarket and many cafes & bars, is a 2 minute drive north and Cagans Crossing with Chilis Restaurant, Walmart and a local library, is a 2 minute drive to the south.

Highgate Park is the only Gated Community on The Villages of Legacy Park and employs a Private Security company not only to help give you peace of mind during your stay, but also to help guests with local area information and to act as a concierge to help assist guests if they have any questions. The vehicle carries the following: Automated External Defibrillator (AED), First Responder first-aid kit, battery boost cables, tire inflator air pump and many other things to help guests should the situation arise.

Our wonderful, four-bedroom, fully air conditioned villa is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday

Four bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities (ideal for 2 families) in addition to the family bathroom and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture. The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the private pool area.

The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone (with free calls to over 60 countries including the UK (landline only) USA, Canada & Peurto Rica calls). Also free Wireless Internet.

Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The games room is an additional bonus where you can relax and play a game after days out at the parks.

Patio doors lead out from the family room and master bedroom to the fully screened, extended deck area with heated pool. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months.

There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children's play area.

Why stay in a cramped hotel when you could have a wonderful stay in our beautiful home, which is ideally situated for all the parks, plus you have the bonus of being able to get away from it all and relax by your own pool with a chilled glass of wine or cool beer.

With Champions Gate Golf course and many other renowed courses within a 10 minute drive, Arkvilla really is an excellent base to see what Florida has to offer.
