Coupe DeVille is a luxurious four bedroom Florida vacation villa with its own private heated pool and spa. It is situated on a large South facing corner plot and backs onto a wooded conservation area, giving you a perfect, private retreat to come home to after a busy day at the parks.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with the added benefit of overhead paddle fans in the family room and master bedroom. The family room and master bedroom have sliding patio doors giving access to the pool area, which has an extended deck to give you extra room to spread out. The patio doors have an alarmed safety feature, and there is a pool safety fence which can be removed if so desired, although we would always recommend leaving it in place if you have small children.

The pool area backs onto a beautiful wooded conservation area and is so peaceful it is hard to believe you are only a short drive away from Disney and all the attractions. The pool has a heating facility which we would recommend from October through March. The Jacuzzi spa is a wonderful addition and can be heated to 95 degrees, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine after a busy day.

The Family Room has a large corner lounge suite, Cable TV, DVD player and DVD's, Stereo CD player, overhead paddle fan and sliding patio doors leading to the pool area, and a great view of the woodland beyond.





The Kitchen is fully equipped with an open plan aspect to the Family Room so no-one needs to be locked away cooking in the kitchen and missing all the fun. There is a breakfast bar with two stools, great for chatting while preparing breakfast.

The Dining Area has seating for six people and is located next to the open plan kitchen with a view out to the pool.



The Master Suite has an American King sized bed, walk-in closet, dressing table with drawers, two bedside chests, Cable TV and DVD player and sliding patio doors leading to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a double shower cubicle, large corner bath, WC and a twin vanity unit.

The Queen Room has a double bed, large chest of drawers, closet with hanging space and shelves, two bedside chests, Cable TV and DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and vanity unit - it is a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom and shares with twin room 1.

Twin Room 1 has twin beds, a dressing table with drawers, closet with hanging space and shelves, one bedside chest, Cable TV and PSII games console. It shares the en-suite bathroom with the Queen room.

Twin Room 2 has twin beds, a chest of drawers, closet with hanging space and shelves, one bedside chest, Cable TV and PSII games console. It has its own bathroom next door.

The villa comes fully equipped with everything you need for a real ‘home away from home' Florida vacation.

All bed linens are included and there is a plentiful supply of soft fluffy towels in each bathroom along with a hair drier. We have a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier so you can pack light and make the most of the many shopping opportunities Orlando has to offer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and waste disposal system. All china, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils are included along with a toaster, blender, coffee maker and kettle.

Outside on the pool deck there are comfortable sun loungers and a patio table and chairs as well as a Gas Grill Barbeque so you can make the most of the fantastic weather and dine al fresco.

Coupe DeVille is centrally located off Hwy27 giving easy access to theme parks, shopping, golf and restaurants. Disney is about a fifteen minute drive, Sea World and Universal about 30 minutes.
There is a Publix supermarket just 5 minutes away and a Super WalMart is only 10 minutes.

State Road 192 is close by where you will find restaurants and entertainment to suit all ages.

For those serious shoppers the Mall at Millennia and the Florida Mall are both about a 30 minute drive away and there are several Designer Outlet Malls which you will pass along the way.

There are several Golf Courses nearby to choose from and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gates award winning course is only 10 minutes drive away.

For nature lovers Lake Louisa State Park is a short drive away where there is an abundance of wildlife surrounding the vast lake, definitely worth a visit for a family picnic.
