Harry Potter Villa Accommodations: Sleeps up to twelve, Tile throughout, Four bedrooms, Two En suites, Two kids themed twin bunk bedrooms, One with pull-out trundle bed. Two convertible/pull-out beds, Three full bathrooms, One pool side half bathroom, outdoor shower.

This elegant and truly unique 4 bedroom home was built in 2006, and is located in a private gated cobblestone community. Purchased and decorated in October 2010 by us, this Villa features three professionally designed themed kids rooms, and has a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. LCD flat screen TV's are in every bedroom of our home. TV's are wall mounted in kids rooms for safety.

The living area features a Big LCD flat screen TV&DVD. There`s also a private heated pool and spa, complimentary high speed and Wi-Fi Internet access, plus a home game room, and community playground. For hours of family entertainment, there`s a unique American Idol themed game room with karaoke machine, pool table, Shoot at Mickey soft darts, TV, Foosball table and three cabinets full of wonderful family board games and challenges. The whole family will be singing and dancing to the most popular songs....don't forget to turn on the disco ball at night!

The Harry Potter Room - In this room, any child can be Harry Potter or Hermione Granger for a day. Your childs own imagination is their limit. They will reside in their own Hogwarts Shool of Magic themed chamber, where they can create their own magic spells & potions. This room features melted candles (wicks pulled out), rusted chains, four foot black spiders, wizard cape & wand, vintage candle holders, and even a fantastic sky where the moon and clouds light up mysteriously at night. Let your little wizards imagination run wild......But honestly, there is so much more. This room was a year in planning, and is furnished with authentic wizard memorabilia. It certainly is a dream come true for any child when they enter! Get your camera ready to see their faces.

The Mickey/Minnie Mouse Room - This fantasy filled magical kingdom room sleeps three, and will have your child believe that they are within the gates of the enchanted world where Mickey & Minnie live. The Rolling Hills, picket fences, cartoon trees, and hidden mouse ears that light at night with stars, will highlight your child's vacation. This fantasy filled room will serve up sweet dreams and help create new memories to cherish for a lifetime!

Sponge Bob Themed Full Bathroom - We have combined fun and clean in one room. The Sponge Bob and Patrick wall decor will please all the little ones and make the adults happy. All our showers have a two way sprayer for the ease of cleaning the little ones.

The King Master - This beautiful bedroom has access to his and hers walk-in closets, outdoor patio and lanai, and private bathroom with his and hers vanity. The bathroom has a tub and an oversized shower, along with a fully stocked make up room.

The Queen Master - This wonderful and tastefully decorated bedroom is also an en suite. Close to a washer and dryer, it is convenient and comfortable, to make any guest happy. The matching full bathroom is only a couple of steps away. The oversize closet will fit a kings wardrobe.

In short, this warm and inviting property was constructed to keep the little ones occupied while allowing adults relaxation and comfort between the big name entertainment. The Villa is situated on a private conservation lot with no rear neighbors. You can enjoy your heated oversized pool and spa for those days when you just want to chill out. It has already been said by former guests: 'this home is a masterpiece in every aspect'. This Villa will completely satisfy traveling families that are looking for something outside of the ordinary!
