This executive home is great value. For the price of a hotel room you can get the whole house and pool to yourself. The home is perfect to accommodate 8 to 10 guests.

The villa has fantastic family accommodation: there are two master bedrooms with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom, making this home perfect for two families to share on vacation.

It is fully air-conditioned, have a lounge and dining area, Digital cable TV (4 in total), DVD, iPod docking station,a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, hairdyers, free local and national telephone calls board games, books and much, much more amenities.

Our spacious home have a private swimming pool and Spa(pool heating extra), sun deck with patio furniture. After a hard day at shopping, golfing or enjoying all of the fantastic attractions of Central Florida, take a well deserved dip in your private pool or just soak up the Florida Sun!

Highgate Park is a new, prestigious gated community located on Highway 27 just off Highway 192, approximately 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. Interstate 4 is just minutes away providing quick access to Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and beaches on both the east and west coast of Florida.

We have rented houses for the past several years at various locations in Kissimmee and Davenport and feel we have a good grasp on quality rental houses. Given we had a last minute deal on the price we were very pleased with the property. It offered a lot of space with multiple washrooms. The layout was great. The outdoor washroom was a very nice convenience as we had kids who always had to get out of the pool to use it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. and overall well equipped. The north facing pool was not an issue as we liked the large amount of shade for our young children but the majority of the pool was still in the sun."
