Situated on one of the best gated communities in the area , close to all that Orlando has to offer but in a quiet location away from the busy roads this really is a stunning home. Minutes from Disney World and the other attractions, close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses. However when you drive through the gates of Highgate Park past the beautifully landscaped entrance you are in peace and tranquility. Highgate Park has security patrols daily by off duty sherriffs so do not panic if you see a police car they are just keeoing an eye on the homes and our guests. We also have a concierge trash collection - so our entire development is immaculate the whole time.

Care and attention have been lavished on our home and we strive to improve it with each visit. We are backed up by our local management company who have been in the business for over 20 years which is a lifetime in the US - that is down to the great service they provide both you and us.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this home is suitable for all - one level with wide access doors. We have had couples enjoying a romantic break to families sharing the costs to make their dream vacation an affordable reality. By sleeping on the sofa bed the capacity is increased to 10 but we only recommend this option for shorter stays. However the choice is up to you.

The heart of our home is the great room - with a sitting area, two dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen, plus direct access to the pool area, this is the place to meet up and discuss the day. Free wi-fi internet means you can keep in touch with everyone - tell them what a great time you are having! The king and queen bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the twins share a bathroom - thoughtfully divided to allow privacy. The twin bedrooms are normally decorated to suit all ages but we offer the option of Disney Princess or Toy Story bedding when required to help make those nights special for our smaller guests. All bedrooms have their own flat screen cable TVs. We can also join the twin beds together and make up extra king beds - ideal if your party is all couples - please ask at time of booking.

We also have 2 pack and play crib, 2 high chairs, several basic strollers, changing mat, bed rail and door gate - all to make a stay with little ones easier. There is no charge for this.

We have a fully equipped games room so you can play pool, air hockey, basketball or foosball - and for the spectators a bar table and chairs to cheer them on.

For many though the best part of the home is the pool area - accessed directly from the great room it has been extended beyond the pool so that it is one of the few pools in the area that you can sit and walk all the way round. Sunshine is available for the sunworshipper all day - but also importantly in the tropical sun you can also get some shade under the large lanai area. Beware of some pools that do not offer real shade - you may be inside more than you want! There is also a spa to bubble away those long days at the parks, a dining table and large electric barbeque for guest use (no gas bottles to run out). Pool heating is an optional extra in the winter months and we have a pool cover to conserve the heat (especially overnight). This whole are is surrounded by planting to screen for privacy and to create colour and interest all year round.
