Open the living room doors of High Grove Heights onto the pool area and take in the view. The pool and spa greet you with a backdrop on manicured grass and Floridian trees .The enclosed pool deck is enclosed in Florida screen netting.
All five luxury bedrooms are beautifully furnished. The Master Suite is furnished with a Californian king size bed, has its own en-suite bathroom with walk shower. There ar two King rooms with King size beds and there are a further two twin rooms both comfortably furnished. Every bedroom has cable tv, dvd, radio and alarm clock. Two further bathrooms compliment the master suite
The fully equipped open plan kitchen diner which adjoins the family area is equipped with coffee maker, automatic dishwasher, microwave, full range cooker, garbage disposal and large fridge freezer and ice maker. It is fully equipped with every utensil that you may need during your stay. There is a laundry room consisting of washer and independent tumble dryer.
The living areas are sumptuously furnished with a luxury leather suites, a Formal dining area,coffee and occasional tables and lamps. The entertainment area consists of a 42” high definition flat screen television, with its own cable system. This is complimented with a Sky+ system. There is also a DVD/CD for you enjoyment.
The welcoming pool, heated if required, is complimented by the built-in spa.
The pool deck is tastefully constructed of brick pavers which are cool on the feet. The pool and Spa deck is fully screened.
To enhance your evenings the pool has a colour change lighting system installed within the pool to give you something “different” in the hours of darkness. The pool deck is illuminated in the evening by LED lighting giving a beautiful blue light., The deck is furnished with chairs sun loungers and tables. As required by Florida State law all exits onto the pool area are alarmed to offer an added degree of safety for young children
To add to your vacation we have a superb games room.
The villa backs onto a large grassed conservation area so you have nobody overlooking you. This gives you added privacy without taking away the views from the pool deck.
The front garden is tastefully landscaped with Floridian shrubs
