The spacious formal living/dining room has high vaulted ceilings and tiled floor. There is plenty of seating for watching the large screen cable tv. The dining area has a table and six chairs for more formal dining. Patio doors give lovely views of the pool and lake.
No one should feel left out in our open plan kitchen, nook and family room. Whether cooking or watching the large screen cable tv there is plenty of space for the family to be together. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, in fact everything you will need. Why not use the glass top table in the nook for more casual dining.
A built in closet incorporates the washing machine and tumble dryer. Patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and pool area.
The master bedroom has an ensuite walk in shower, separate wc, two basins, dressing area and walk in closet. Relax in the king size bed and watch tv or video or step through the patio doors for that early morning or evening swim.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, plenty of drawer space, built in closet, cable tv and lovely views of the lake.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, plenty of drawer space, built in closet, cable tv, games console and views of the lake.
The bathroom servicing these rooms has a jacuzzi bath, shower, basin, wc and door leading out to the pool.
Our large, screened south facing pool with covered lanai overlooks the beautiful lake. Patio tables, chairs and sun beds are provided around the spacious deck area. A perfect setting for alfresco dining.
Hunters Creek is in an excellant location between Orlando International Airport and Kissimme. This premier development of mainly residential villas has its own golf course. A strong Home Owners Association ensure that the area is maintained to a high standard.
Hunters Creek has its own shopping plaza as well as the recently opened The Loop shopping complex. You will find a a good selection of shops and restaurants as well as a cinema within a short drive or walk from the villa.
