'The Mouse House' is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa, situated on Indian Creek, Kissimmee, Orlando. If you know the area at all, we are just off Highway 192 at Maingate, directly South of Walt Disney World (WDW). It is just 5 miles, by road, from our home, to the archway entrance to WDW, driving time of less than 10 mins. (You can actually see the Disney Parks fireworks from the end of our street!!) Just as important, we are just 2 mins. from the 192, with all its dining places and shops. So, we are as close as you can get to the action, yet our home is set in a quiet estate/sub-division, with a mix of residential and rental properties. On the estate/sub-division is a kids play area, and also some basketball/tennis courts, and a putting green area.

The lounge has a TV/Video/DVD combi, HiFi system, and a small selection of CD's/DVD's, and US format Videos. (There are TV's in all bedrooms, and they are all connected to cable.) There is a games compendium, dominoes, playing cards, jig-saws, and a selection of reading books, which you may exchange with your own. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed, with an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full size double bed, and the 3rd has twin beds. (There is also a rollaway single bed). 6-7 people can therefore be accommodated in beds, with a further 2 on the bed settee in the lounge, making a maximum of 8. Truthfully though, 6 is the ideal maximum.
You have to be cosy with each other for 8 people to live in the house!
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by the 2nd bathroom.
All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes, with hangers, bedding, and ample towels, all provided. There are even hairdryers for you to use. The kitchen has everything you need, and more, and in the double garage is a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
We also have a 'Foosball Table' and electronic Dartboard.
The outside, private pool is fully screened, and is south facing for that all important, all day long sunshine! It can be heated during the winter months. On the pool deck we have provided cushioned poolside furniture, and we have also included a selection of pool toys and inflatables for your enjoyment.
If you have very small kids, we've even provided a good quality buggy (Stroller), and a high-chair, so that you do not have to struggle with your own on the plane. If you require a cot (crib), our management company can provide one, with bedding, for a small charge. The villa has a full security system fitted, which is monitored 24 hrs per day, with 'hot keys' direct to the Police, Fire, and Ambulance for your added piece of mind and security.
We also have wireless High-Speed Internet connection. (Bring your laptop) It is OUR house, and we want it to be fully equipped to a high standard, and in good condition for OUR use, as well as for you. We hope to build up a clientele of satisfied guests, which is continually built upon from recommendations, and word of mouth. That way, we would hope to be able to keep our home in perfect condition for everyone who uses it, including ourselves.

Our home is strictly Non-Smoking, and pets are not permitted.
