Villa Riva had been completely renovated with a new kitchen all new appliances, complete new furnishings and offers high quality accommodations for up to 8 people. The great room offers comfortable seating, a large screen LCD Television with digital Brighthouse cable box. The brand new kitchen comes full equipped with everything one might need to entertain and cook for a small snack of a full meal. The master suite features a king bed that has a top of the line luxury hotel mattress and high quality 300+ cotton bed linens. There is a large walk in closet and a flat screen TV. The Master bath has a double vanity, a separate shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a stylish queen bed with a top quality pillow top mattress set. The third bedroom has two separate twin beds with memory foam mattress sets. The fourth bedroom is set up as a sitting room with a sleeper sofa convertible couch with full size mattress. For added comfort we provide a thick premium mattress topper for this bed. All our bedlinen is of high quality high thread count cotton so that you can rest in luxury. The pool area has a seating area under the nice covered section where you can relax or take meals. The pool is oversized for this type of house and offers a connected spa that can be heated within minutes. Please specify if you want to rent the property with the optional spa heating, so that we can make the heater control accessible for you.

The pool area is facing south and is bordered by a greenbelt without any rear neighbors.

The Garage has been converted to a playroom with its own flat screen, Wii gaming system, Vegas style slot machine (Token operated, not coins needed), a convertible pool/air-hockey table, dart and much more. Villa Riva offers new and high quality amenities at very competitive daily rates.

"We have stayed here for almost two weeks and loved each and every day of it. The location of the pool home is in a residential neighborhood, Indian Point and is just fine. Walmart Super center 24h is just around the corner on the 192 (5 minute drive).The villa is tastefully furnished with the welcoming feeling of being home. The master bedroom with a king size bed looks like a design hotel suite and has the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on in ages. My children loved the place. They were either in the pool or in the game room. They barely watched tv; probably just one episode of Sponge Bob in the morning ;) The WiFi is extremely fast which made our planning and exploring the area online a lot easier.I'd recommend to buy the additional hot tub heating, since the pool water is still chilly in April."

"We were thrilled to stay in this meticulously-maintained villa. The spa was relaxing and a perfect place to end a day. And the gas grill was very nice. The owners have thought of many details and we particularly appreciated the orange juicer, a small thing but oh so useful since we picked 50-pounds of oranges ourselves. We wish we could have stayed longer: we didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities, like the game room equipped with Wii, etc. But we will return for sure.
