The HolidayOrlando Villa is privately owned and offers our guests their very own vacation home for the duration of their stay. A unique property, all on one level with private south facing pool and sun deck. Lake Berkley Resort is a gated community with 24/7 guards and entry system for your safety and security.

The Villa

The Lounge is of open plan design with high vaulted feature ceiling. The large and very spacious dining area is combined with the lounge. Fully air conditioned with remote monitoring throughout, with ceiling fans for additional air movement.

The Lounge has two large and very comfortable settees and large sliding doors leading to the pool. After a hard day walking the 'Theme Parks' they offer a welcome place to relax, chill out and watch our new 42' LCD PANEL HIGH DEFINITION DIGITAL T.V. (with access to over 200 digital and analogue channels) or perhaps a movie on the DVD Player. If music is your thing then why not listen to the CD/HiFi. There is also a FREE WIRELESS INTERNET available for Guest use throughout the villa.

The Kitchen is fully equipped. A large American Style Fridge provides more than adequate cold storage for both food and drink's and has an integral Ice maker.

An Electric Range, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Microwave, Waste Disposal unit plus all the necessary cups, plates, knifes, forks, spoons, tea pot etc that you could possibly need are provided.

The Master Bedroom is currently fitted with a 'Queen' sized bed. Light, bright and airy with feature ceiling, the room and bed offer a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. As is to be expected it has its own 'en suite' Bathroom and analogue cable TV.

All necessary Bedding and Bathroom Towels are provided.

Bedroom 2 has a 'Queen' sized bed and analogue cable TV, while Bedroom 3 has a 'full' sized bed with analogue cable TV. Bedroom 4 has two 'twin' beds and is Disney themed for our younger guests. The Villa also has a Second Bathroom for our Guests convenience. All rooms benefit from air conditioning.

The South Facing Pool and Deck, is regularly maintained by our Lake Berkley based Management Company.

It features a large deck area and is covered by its own lanai and now with additional dense hedge screening offering you your own private bathing area.

In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated by our new efficient pool heater if requested (at additional cost).

The large Garage has a dedicated Games Area. This is equipped with a 'Foosball Table' (Table Football), Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool Table.

There is a Utility Room with a large Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Ideal for washing all that swimwear, towels, 'T' shirts and shorts, an ironing board and steam iron. The Villa is fully equipped with an 'ADT Monitored Burglar Alarm System' for additional peace of mind.

Please note - we also have two folding childrens buggys that are ideal for families to transport our younger guests around the theme parks or shopping malls. These are free of charge during your stay and can be found stored in the garage.

Lake Berkley Resort is a ''Gated'' Community. This means that there is only one entrance/exit which is controlled 24/7 by a Security Guard. Authority is required to enter the Resort.

The Lake Berkley community consists of a mix of 3 & 4 bedroom Town homes, and 3 - 7 bedroom single family pool villas.

A New Community swimming pool complete with a SPA and Childrens Splash Pool is available to compliment the private pool at the villa. Basketball Court, Volleyball Court and Childrens Play Area (Tot Lot) are all available at no additional charge to our guests. The Resort also has a Club House offering a Fitness suite and Games Room.

The resort is based on three lakes. With a beautiful Nature walk, Bar-B-Q area and a Lakeside man made beach. You can even fish the main lake if you wish.
