The villa which overlooks the main 14 acre natural lake has 4 bedrooms and has a bed settee in the main family room, so can easily sleep 10 and easily accommodate two families.
All three bathrooms have vanity mirrors, hairdryers, liquid soap and body lotion dispencers and tissues as standard. The kitchen has a variety of cleaning products free to use and we also provide beach chairs, picnic blanket, a hard and soft ice box in case you wish to visit the beach - we really do try to go that extra mile.

The bedrooms are configured as:-

One separate king size master suite with a 46 inch flat screen TV and upgraded luxurious ensuite of Jacuzzi bath, double shower, separate toilet with a dressing table,and sink. There is also direct patio access to the pool deck that overlooks the 14 acre lake and benefits from viewing the most fantastic morning sunrises and the antics of natural wildlife while laying in your king size bed, VERY ROMANTIC - This is what holidays are made of!

A queen bedroom with a 26 inch flat screen TV and en suite of bath with shower over and toilet and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom of bath with shower over, sink and toilet. One of the twin bedrooms is themed with Winnie the Pooh decals on the walls and has dressing up clothes which the children love plus a PS2 with games, DVD and video recorder and a childrens book library.

All bedrooms have TVs with 70 Chanels. Also available (at your own risk) is a basic stroller, highchair, travel cot with crib attachment. Childs car seat and a push bike and within the garage there is washer and dryer so there should be no laundry problems during your stay. We also offer on extra indemnity a pool guard as an extra protection if you have small children in your party.

There are two separate seating areas both with leather suits. On entering the property there is a large den/billiard room with navy leather 3 and 2 seater settees. An Amoire hosting a selectrion of traditional family games, dvd, video and book library with tourist guides in enlish and spanish, a wireless Internet router (bring your own laptop) plus a 7 foot pool/billiard table and foosball table.

The family room has a fully fitted kitchen, brown leather 3 and 2 seater settees, a 50 inch flat screen TV with over 200 channels,a coffee table with 4 stoolsand a marble topped dining table with 6 faux leather chairs and 4 faux leather bar stools. Patio doors out on to the pool deck which overlooks the 14 acre natural lake and is screened on both side of our neighbours so is extremely private. The pool has a separate spa and night time lighting, two chaise loungers, 4 chairs, a table, separate umbrella and a sun sail shade, being South East facing it also benefits from day long sun.

We also include a portable Tom Tom Sat Nav within the villa so there may be no need to purchase one with your hire car and Free Local USA and Canadian telephone calls.
