This two story luxury 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom holiday villa with a sunny south facing private pool and spa, is located within a gated community in a tranquil setting. 24 hour assistance is available from our friendly local management company, who can also provide concierge services if required. For the comfort of all our guests the villa in non-smoking.Check in time is 4pm on the day of arrival and check out time is 11am.

There are a host of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive, including the newly opened Posner Retail park and a 24 hour Walmart. This spacious home can comfortably accomodate 10 people, with two sitting areas, a formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry room and games room. Having two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, one of which is located on the ground, making this a perfect choice for two families vactioning together. After a tiring day at the parks what better way to relax than by your own private pool.

To the front of the property there is ample parking for two vehicles. At the rear there is a good sized pool and spa, with plenty of comfortable chairs and loungers provided. For additional peace of mind there is a child safety fence available at the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $16 per day (minimum 5 days) - payable locally.

Living Rooms - Generous sized family room with 2 sofas, large flat screen TV with full cable, Wi-Fi, and an X-Box 360 with games. Lounge / dining room with 2 sofas, a formal dining table with seating for six and an i-pod docking station.

There are reading books and family board games available together with leaflets and information on the surrounding area.

Kitchen - Fully eqipped with cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils and crockery. A breakfast nook is adjacent to the kitchen.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 (ground floor) Queen size bed with master ensuite with tub and separate shower. Flat screen TV with built in DVD player.

The villa is fully cleaned prior to your arrival. All linen, bathroom and pool towels are supplied and can be laundered during your stay in the facilities provided. Additional house keeping can be arranged during your stay - payable locally.

For golfers there are a myriad of courses to play, including the 18 hole Southern Dunes course - one of the best public golf courses in Orlando, which is less than 5 minutes drive from our villa.

Our central location means the villa is ideally situated for easy day trips to the beautiful Florida beaches on either the Gulf or Atlantic coasts.
