Family Room

We have a very comfortable spacious family room which forms an open aspect with the galley/dining area. The ceilings are vaulted. The family room sofas are very comfortable and of a high standard.It has a large 42'flat screen TV and DVD Player and features Brighthouse Cable High Definition channels. There is also a HiFi CD music player and a high speed internet connection also books and selection of games. This room overlooks the pool..The patio door leading to the pool is protected by child alarms.

Galley/Kitchen

Our fully fitted Galley/Kitchen is equiped with all you should need including a Cooker, Over Range Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker, Coffee Maker, Blender, Kettle Toaster, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Dining Area

Our dining area next to the kitchen houses a Dining Table Seating 6 people along with 2 breakfast bar Stools at the Breakfast Bar.

King Master Bedroom 1

This high ceiling bedroom has a large walk-in shower, fitted vanity unit,tv, hairdryer and radio alarm.

King Master Bedroom 2

This bedroom has patio doors opening onto the pool area. A tv and wall mounted full dressing mirror. The large en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath tub and shower, fitted vanity unit, hairdryer, radio alarm and large walk-in wardrobe.

Twin bedrooms x 2

There are a further 2 Twin Bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. Both have a TV and one has a PS 2 and selection of games. Also they are fitted with ceiling fans. Both these bedrooms share a 3rd full Bathroom/Shower.

All the Bedlinen and Towels including Beach Towels are provided.

The security of the home is protected by a 24/7 monitored alarmed and smoke detection system. For obvious reasons there is no smoking in the home but is allowed outside at the pool area.

Utility Room

The utility room has washing machine and dryer.

Games Room

The games room is situated in the double garage and has pool table which flips over to provide air hockey. There is also sharpshooter and electronic darts and temperature controlled fans.

Pool

There is a 28'x14' approx swimming pool and a new heating pump was installed in 2009. There is also a seperate hot tub, quality deck furniture and newly installed colour changing pool light and rope lights around the decking.
